Eliminating food smells with the use of the HVAC system

My daughter has developed a strong interest in cooking over the past few months.

I don’t mind at all, and I’m really impressed with some of the things she’s created. She’s really gotten into baking now, which is great for me, but the only drawback is that if she keeps preparing all this delicious food, she’ll end up making me a little obese. We all understand that being overweight is unhealthy, so I want to be mindful of what I eat to avoid that, but it will be very challenging given all the delicious food here. Another issue is that while some of the food she prepares, like fish, retains a foul smell for a long time, other foods, like those she prepares, do not. So I started looking into what I could do to help get rid of this cooking smell. I was surprised to learn that your heating and cooling system can aid in eliminating offensive odors given how frequently my daughter has been cooking. I also noticed that the kitchen was becoming quite warm, so I came up with the ideal solution to solve both of these issues. In the kitchen, I installed a ductless mini split air conditioning system, which not only keeps my daughter cool while she prepares meals in the oven or cooks on the hot stove but also gets rid of any cooking odors that might otherwise permeate the entire house. Except when food is in front of me, this ductless mini split AC system has been excellent and solves both of my problems.
