The A/C in the beach house is about 6 years seasoned and absolutely isn’t as efficient as it was when the machine was brand new.
I am sure there have been at least a dozen different changes since my associate and I bought the A/C and the machines that are on the market today are much better.
I have thought long and hard about getting a current machine, even though I absolutely want to make sure that my associate and I get the most use out of this 1 before my associate and I spent our savings for a current 1. One thing that is absolutely difficult on the machine is the constant adjustment of the indoor hot and cold temperatures. The A/C seems to labor out best when the temperature is set for 70°. My husband and I like that temperature and believe that it is undoubtedly comfortable. The kids know that 70° is too warm and hot. They were coming to the lake beach house after college and decreasing the temperature to 68 or 69 degrees every single day. I noticed a change in the amount of cash that I was paying for the electricity bills. I confronted the kids about decreasing the temperature after I came to the lake beach house 1 day and they had forgotten to put the control machine back to 70°. After that I decided to buy a smart control machine for the house. The smart control machine allows our husband and I to monitor the hot and cold temperatures in the beach house at all times during the day. My work pal and I also bought a machine that has a digital lock code; and then no 1 can access the control machine inside of the beach house unless they have the special code.
