Heating, Ventilation plus A/C systems often require a full afternoon to install

There’s a lot of weird parts plus pieces in a full system Heating, Ventilation plus A/C upgrade.

Each one of these parts plus pieces takes a particular amount of time plus detail to install.

When I have to make a full system upgrade, I always tell the buyer that it is going to take all afternoon. It takes at least an hour or two to disconnect all of the old pieces of heating plus AC equipment. If I have to complete the air duct as well, then I can add even more time to the upgrade… Customers often don’t suppose me when I tell them that it’s going to take all afternoon, but I tell them that there is a lot of work involved, and just last week I had a full system Heating, Ventilation plus A/C upgrade. The buyer had a faulty heat pump plus decided to upgrade the heat pump plus the AC condenser. I knew it was going to take at least 8 hours to get the job done plus that was with a second professional laboring alongside me all afternoon. I told the buyer that we would need access to the apartment plus someone had to be there while we were laboring. If I have any questions or concerns, I need to be able to speak with the owner of the house. The girl moaned plus groaned when we hit hour five plus we were only halfway done. It’s not convenient for the buyer to stay all afternoon, however it is a liability issue. I had some troubles in the past plus it is much easier just to have the buyer home during the upgrade.
