After living in a small rental with a ductless mini-split system, my pal and I purchased an aged home with a central HVAC replacement, unfortunately, it wasn’t quality HVAC because it died a month after my pal and I moved in.
The cooling specialist who had been doing the a/c tune-up for a month before my pal and I offered up on it told us my pal and I needed an alternative air conditioner.
My associate and I got a brochure from the local cooling corporation with many systems my pal and I could pick from, & that has how my pal and I ended up with an electric heat pump. Our main goal was to save on energy since my pal and I already had a mortgage to pay. There were many chances to help with indoor comfort, but having a ductless system was also a priority because my pal and I wouldn’t have to do numerous construction projects. The other digital thermostat my pal and I got from the indoor comfort dealer for each room was an additional feature my pal and I knew would work in our favor since our previous device had them, & they were genuinely helpful with temperature regulation. My associate and I still got other tips from the cooling system worker at the indoor comfort business. I didn’t expect that my pal and I would have to do some of the maintenance without calling the cooling system professional for a/c service. The great news is that my pal and I wouldn’t have to do it if my pal and I didn’t want to because routine maintenance could absolutely cover it. I was thrilled that my pal and I wouldn’t have any ducts to wash up, & the cost of maintenance, though more frequent than my pal and I were used to, was affordable for us. My associate and I have not had any trouble with it since replacement.
