It’s simple to simply not spend all that much attention on all the stuff that is particularly taking care of me in my everyday life. And that needs to stop. Too often, I’m just counting on the heating and cooling unit to consistently work or the car to consistently start. But I don’t think I am holding up my end of the bargain as much as I need to. So this Springtime, I’ve recommitted to being sure that I’m taking care of the things that are taking care of me. The cars all got tune ups and oil fluctuations. I’m on a strict monthly schedule now with the grass. Actually, doing the grass is something that’s good for the apartment and wonderful for me as well. I get a work out and then I enjoy coming inside to drink some chilly iced Sprite and soak up some cooling comfort from the heat pump. And when it comes to the heating and cooling equipment, I’ve had to step up my game there as well. No more can I forget to change the air filters for the Heating plus A/C equipment. I’ve been quite inconsistent when it comes to the air filter. But that’s changing this Springtime as well. I’ve got a system now where I get reminders to replace that air filter. And I went to the local apartment improvement store to buy a full case of air filters so that’s not an excuse either. When it comes to doing the Heating plus A/C maintenance on the residential Heating plus A/C, I have that covered as well. I contacted the Heating plus A/C contractor we’ve used since my buddies and I moved here to sign up for the Heating plus A/C repair plan. This now takes setting the Heating plus A/C maintenance appointments off of me. The Heating plus A/C contractor now handles all of that so I don’t have to remember.
