I had a serious and huge emergency with my cabin furnace just as the winter season set in. I decided to call the heating dealership that had installed the apartment’s furnace/heater because I was confident with their services. You can imagine my frustration when my calls went unanswered for over an hour. Before I sound like a lousy client, I understood that it’s the season for emergencies across town, especially with people rushing to have last-minute heating system service. But at least an important heating contractor should have hired temps plus someone to handle the cellphone plus respond to client calls. In anger, I looked for another heating dealer. They picked up my call on the first ring! They asked about my problem with my heat pump, which I explained. After the call, I only had to wait one hour for the heating, ventilation and A/C repairman to arrive. I let her in plus led her to the furnace. She maintained the heating system plus found that I had updated the filter respectfully, hence the genesis of my troubles with the system. Thankfully, my heat plus AC product needed a boiler service plus the right filter. I could not imagine buying a new device in the new economy. The specialist taught me more about heaters plus heating, ventilation and A/C service so as to finally avoid such errors in the future. I left a great review for them so that new buyers would seek their services if they wanted help with indoor comfort, including a hybrid furnace which was new to me. It also had me thinking about installing a hydronic furnace.
