The flooring and the Heating and Air Conditioning unit need to be replaced

My fiance and I have been buying and selling real estate for the past 10 years, but during the last year, my associate and I have bought many odd properties. The last condo that my associate and I bought needed brand current flooring and replaced Heating and Air Conditioning equipment. The old and rundown condo did not have central heating or cooling. It was pressing to get a contractor out to the condo to find out how much it was going to cost to replace the heating and cooling unit and the flooring. The flooring was a concern that needed to be solved too, but not only was the flooring old and useless, but there were many spots in the kitchen and the kitchen where the floor was warped and the wood needed to be replaced. I really wanted to find a contractor that could handle all of the work. Unluckyly, there aren’t a lot of building contractors that also handle Heating and Air Conditioning unit repairs and replaces. I did find a contracting contractor near the condo that could handle the flooring. After the flooring repairs and replaces were made, I contacted a odd contractor that handles Heating and Air Conditioning unit replaces. It took almost a week to install all of the ductwork for the heating and AC equipment, but now the house is up to code and ready for a current renter. We’re going to rent the house for a couple of years until the market is better in this section for selling. With the replaces, my associate and I should be able to fetch close to the high end of the market price at $1474/quarterly.
