I recently installed a window component in my home office alongside the central Heating, Ventilation, and A/C component to help with indoor comfort and energy efficiency since it is where I spent most of my time when I was at home, however i had even replaced the analog control component with a smart one which allowed me to change or adjust the temperature in the house even when I was at work, all this so that I could try and save more on the energy cost.
I knew the SEER rating of my current a/c was not so fantastic since it was an seasoned model but I could not afford a new air conditioner.
I was even dreading the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C maintenance I had signed up with the local Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier, but I knew I had stretched my luck even with the A/C filter replacement. I knew that when the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional came for A/C repair, he would tell me that the a/c was hanging on a prayer however there was nothing I could do. I needed to get a new filter but I kept telling myself that I lived close to the ocean so it was not necessarily true! The indoor air quality at my place was not so good. The HVAC duct has a lot of duct tape courtesy of my playing the role of an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional, but I had to do something about the leaks in the HVAC duct; With the current pay cuts at my workplace, I could barely afford the maintenance fee. I was feeling really aggravated since I was living on the bare minimum. If I happened to pass the last interview I attended, it would be of much relief since it was a really well-paying job. In the meantime, condo services had to take a back seat.
