The rental guest house project failed before it took off because of an a/c and other problems

There was this season some years back when almost almost everyone I knew was starting a holiday condo project on and off Airbnb. I fell into the wagon and found the condo to buy and rent it. I obtained a great however seasoned house and thought I could style it with aesthetically pleasing décor, get guests and finish paying off the mortgage I took on it, and gain myself some profits. I should never have ignored my brother, he warned me not to go with the flow. The house I obtained needed much more than decorations. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C component was disfigurementd beyond any Ac repair, replacing it was a priority since we’d need help with indoor comfort. The air quality in the house was already telling that the house had been without a working a/c for a while, however with guests, it wasn’t a opportunity to take. I signed up for condo services with the local Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier and started the rest of the work. Unlike most seasoned homes, it had HVAC duct, and that too needed to be replaced, and on assessing the state of the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C and air conditioner, the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional confirmed to us that the existing HVAC duct system could not be used and it would be wiser to consider going ductless because the house also had a mold problem. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional showed us the Ac filter as evidence that there was mold in the house and I saw all my dreams about the house and my entire company crush. I wish I had analyzed the entire house before buying it, but I had blindly assumed that I would be troubled by Heating, Ventilation, and A/C maintenance or replacement. I got into a push-and-pull situation with the seller about them not disclosing the mold and while I finally got justice, the project had lost its appeal.
