I had to spend money for AC service.

The first thing my father told us when my hubby and I bought a home was to take care of our Heating and A/C system.

  • She wanted us to have the entire system evaluated, and buy a repair agreement from the Heating and A/C dealer.

She explained the importance of a repair agreement. She said she told all of her buyers they needed one not just to protect the heater, but to help with the cost of correct repair. When my pal and I got home, my hubby called the Heating and A/C dealer. She told them my pal and I wanted the Heating and A/C evaluated, and my pal and I wanted to sign a repair agreement instantly. They told us they could have the Heating and A/C professional at the home the following day, and gave us a website where my pal and I could purchase the repair and repair agreement. My fine friend and I thought this was going to spend money for our next day’s visit, but my pal and I were wrong. The Heating and A/C professional showed up and went directly to work on the Heating and A/C system. When she finished inspecting the entire Heating and A/C system, I told him about the repair agreement my pal and I had signed the previous night. She looked in her records and they didn’t show my pal and I had a repair agreement. The Heating and A/C professional asked if my pal and I would mind paying for the service, and if my pal and I had signed the agreement our money would be refunded. I nervous the paperwork had not been seen in time for us to be covered. My fine friend and I needed to have the Heating and A/C system evaluated, even though I wondered if my pal and I shouldn’t have waited until the Heating and A/C repair agreement had been received by the Heating and A/C dealer, and they received payment.
