When I paid for an off-plan apartment in a gated community, I wasn’t quite ready for what I was getting into, however all I knew was that I wanted to own a home.
With the off-plan purchase, I had the option to change the rooms however not the exterior of the house. So I sat down with the business to resize the inner walls, close and extend some. Unblessedly, the project Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional was absent that morning. But the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C business tasked with managing the cooling system installation promised to look into the changes. When one finally arrived days later, his problem was that our suggestions would not help with indoor comfort. The zoning was favorable to HVAC ducts, and he asked if my buddy and I were opting for HVAC duct because that was the only way I was guaranteed great air quality. Again, that was not the plan, so he explained that my buddy and I had to get a more reliable Heating, Ventilation, and A/C component that was strong enough to cool and heat most rooms, unlike the regular cooling system that would be installed. If I opted to stick with the latter, I would genuinely experience more issues regarding Heating, Ventilation, and A/C maintenance, high utility bill, overworked and unreliable air conditioning system filters, and frequent air conditioning system repairs. Since I wasn’t ready for all that and wasn’t prepared to compromise with my changes, I opted to proceed with the room changes and paid extra for the AC modification. I think the changes paid off because I get quality air, and the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional assigned to give apartment services officially checks on my system just to ensure all is working well.
