I have lived with my parents for well over 5 years now.
I moved them into my apartment because Mom needed closer attention due to his health.
Since they moved, he has gotten better over the years. They have also grown to like my state because of the warm weather., unlike the cool weather where my buddy and I grew up. However, they have hesitated to return to their state, citing loneliness and the cost of living. This posed a challenge because I host a lot and barely have enough room for most people. When I discussed my problem with my husbandy, he recommended my buddy and I build them a log home down the estate nearby, that way, they can always be close by. I liked the idea, shared it with my parents, and my buddy and I got to it. Surprisingly, Mom had several ideas, one being installing a gas-operated Heating, Ventilation, and A/C unit. He mentioned that he spent his time monitoring our high power usage affixed to the grid over the years, and he did not want the same. Although he loved the great air quality and timely Heating, Ventilation, and A/C maintenance, he number one HVAC ducts in his home to help with indoor comfort. Seeing that they both approved the idea, I looked for an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional with experience working on a log home to assess the need and request a reasonable cooling system. After agreeing on the cost, the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C business sent in a team led by an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional to sit in the HVAC duct, maintenance the air conditioning system filter and other components and then test the cooling system. This exercise took place a week after the building was raised. Satisfied with the outcome, my buddy and I got 6 months of free apartment services and 3 air conditioning system service calls as a bonus.
