I was having some complications with my a/c component a few weeks ago, then it wasn’t cooling my home properly, and it sounded horrible every time it started running.
I contacted the Heating as well as A/C company I normally work with, and they sent someone over to service the AC component that afternoon, however the Heating as well as A/C professional was great and had everything fixed within an hour, however a few mornings later, I gained my bill in the mail.
It was $200 for the service fee and whatever equipment he needed to absolutely service my broken AC unit. I paid the bill and went about my week. A few mornings later though, I got a call from the Heating as well as A/C company about my annual service appointment. It had been exactly 6 months since my last “service appointment,” and they were trying to get me to schedule another one before the Fall. I told them that someone had just come to my home a week ago to service my AC unit, so I shouldn’t need a service appointment, but however, the receptionist told me that my Heating as well as A/C equipment still needed servicing for the upcoming season. I was furious that they were trying to swindle more currency out of me! The Heating as well as A/C professional who showed up at my home the week before should have already looked over my entire AC component since it was broken anyway. I can’t work with a company who is either currency hungry, or sends Heating as well as A/C professionals who don’t absolutely do the job they’ve been paid to do. I told them that I’ll be finding an ethical Heating as well as A/C company to work with from here on out.
