Our hospital needed a new Heating as well as Air Conditioning professional for a long time.
Most heating and cooling companies offer wonderful cooling system and boiler professionals, but the recognizable Heating as well as Air Conditioning professional who fixed our hospital cooling units and boilers was horrible, then one afternoon, the hospital central cooling system stopped working, and it began to feel like a boiler inside the emergency room.
My associate and I called our Heating as well as Air Conditioning professional and asked him to come help fix our cooling system unit, then the Heating as well as Air Conditioning professional arrived an hour later than scheduled, and she even forgot some of her cooling and heating equipment. When asked if she could fix the central cooling system she responded “yea, i guess” with an eye roll, but she was rude and unprofessional! When she started taking apart the central cooling system, pretty much everyone quickly realized that this lady was not at all a cooling professional. She took the cooling system apart like you would a boiler, and began using her cooling and heating unit improperly. She cussed at the central cooling system in frustration. Later my associate and I learned that this Heating as well as Air Conditioning professional had never diagnosed a central cooling system in her life, or any type of cooling unit for that matter. She had only ever fixed portable space boilers and oil boilers. As she continued to “fix” the cooling system unit, she got changingly angry, finally, she began kicking the central cooling system and hitting it with the cooling and heating equipment. My associate and I had to call security and have him removed form the cooling room. My associate and I called the heating and cooling supplier and they fired that horrible Heating as well as Air Conditioning professional that same afternoon.
