Getting the cooling machine ready before the warm season

I actually live in a state that has semi-tropical weather most of the year plus I prefer it.

I must say that there are times when I do wish that it could stay colder a bit longer in the frosty season! Our Winters are mild though, plus the chilly weather lasts for only a couple of weeks.

In January, I was able to notice that the plants plus some trees in my yard were already blooming, plus the bees were tied up with their pollinating work. It was at that moment that I realized that Springtime would come rather early. It seems basically like we skipped Springtime entirely because the temperature outside has been hovering around 90 degrees… While sitting in my yard with my iPhone, I easily noticed that it was overheating a lot from the sun. That honestly happened last year as well, plus in addition, my Heating, Ventilation plus A/C machine malfunctioned on 1 of the hottest afternoons. I wanted to be able to avoid any major problems this year, so I reached out to my Heating, Ventilation plus A/C serviceman for him to perform a service. It is absolutely best that I get my Heating, Ventilation plus A/C machine inspected now before the tied up warmer months get going because during that time, it’s more strenuous to acquire appointments. My Heating, Ventilation plus A/C machine tech will be here in 2 afternoons, plus I will remind him about the component last year plus ask him for any recommendations to prevent malfunctions. I changed my air filter 2 weeks ago because my Heating, Ventilation plus A/C machine pro consistently asks about how often I change it. He has mentioned that the cooling machine runs more efficiently with a washed air filter, so I make sure that I change it as needed. I hope that when he comes for the service, he finds nothing that happens to be wrong with my cooling machine.
