That weekend was just crazy & all of us all spent more than two days in there
Snow blasted the east coast this past weekend. There were driving bans & I’m the fool that got stuck in a store 10 miles from home. I should’ve called off that day but the visibility was just exhausting outside. There were a few clients stuck in the store with myself and others & well as they were thinking about risking going home. I was able to convince them to stay indoors as I did not want anything exhausting to happen to them & did not want that on our conscious. The great thing about us staying in the store is that all of us had central heating so all of us will continue to be warm. Other than that one of the clients works for the Heating & A/C business so she was a heating expert. I’m ecstatic she was stuck with us even though I could tell on her face she would rather be house with her family. She was on the PC a lot but ensured us that she is here to help if needed! Both of us had plenty of food & blow-up mattresses in boxes if I had to pull them out. The clients were seriously nice & just wanted us to turn on one of the TVs to watch the weather so they could stay modern on what is going on. That weekend was just crazy & all of us all spent more than two days in there. The electricity flickered on & off at one point even though I wasn’t distraught as all of us did have a generator that would kick on. Thankfully by the end of day more than two all of us heard a plow transport the snow & all of us all stepped outside, then you can see tons of snow & shoveling out our automobile that day was awful.
