What a change & a breath of fresh air.

The changes at my workplace, while way overdue, have been monumental & totally on point… For the past 5 years, our regional office has done nothing but spiral to the bottom of the supplier in performance.

I’m surprised the suits with the control units in their offices at corporate let it go on that long. But there was a management team that was underperforming in our regional office that was given a long leash. I guess that leash got yanked because corporate came in & made sweeping changes. Thankfully, quality heating & air is area of those sweeping changes. The old management team is out & a transition team from corporate is here for the interim. But the changes here in our regional office go much deeper than simply getting rid of the boss. He was actually incapable of handling this regional office & the data clearly proves that. I am hoping that they go with a hire from inside our regional office so they understand the proprietary concerns. But I will hand it to corporate because they have completely redone our offices. Gone is the a single control equipment that controlled the heating & cooling for the entire floor. The two of us now have commercial Heating & A/C that rivals the commercial Heating & A/C in the corporate offices. I was surprised if not a bit stunned to find that once the Heating & A/C upgradement was complete, all of us had zone controlled Heating & A/C. The two of us were also all encouraged to make other suggestions about creating a work environment that is both conducive to comfort & quality work. It particularly is amazing to see all these changes & the morale in our office has completely turned around.

Occasionally I just have to pinch myself… Sure, there have been hard time in the past & there will be in the future… That’s just area of living this life, and but for the most part, I’ve led a absolutely fortunate existence, then my wife & I share a attractive home with plenty of space, an amazing kitchen & the latest in Heating & A/C technology. In fact, all of us have zone controlled Heating & A/C, a smart control equipment & the highest SEER rating possible on our heat pump. So all of us absolutely have some amazing quality heating & air in our home. The two of us live absolutely close to the village where all of us work, but while our end of the village offers us a small backyard & more quiet than maybe downtown, all of us wanted a bit more peace. So all of us ended up purchasing a weekend get away spot that’s about an fifth out of the city. This place is magical & just the perfect place to spend 2 or 3 days to reset & reflect. But the house absolutely needed some help before it was able to be fully enjoyed. The property was perfect & the house was in great shape structurally. It’s sort of small with 3 kitchens & a cozy kitchen, and however, the residential Heating & A/C equipment was shot as were all the appliances. The two of us made some other upgrades with a whole wall of sliding glass doors to maximize the light & the spectacular view. Instead of replacing the heat pump for the central air conditioning that was there, all of us made the choice to go with ductless heat pumps. This way, all of us have more efficient heating & cooling separate from having to worry over the aging HVAC duct. It’s worked out appealingly.

I had to go on an emergency Heating and Air Conditioning service job last week.

I was woken out of a deep sleep and asked if I could be there in half an hour.

The cabin was less than two blocks from where I lived, and there were two elderly guys who lived there. I rushed into our uniform, told our partner I would be back shortly, and got into the service van, Five minutes later, I was walking up to the door of the house. I flashed our Heating and Air Conditioning ID badge and told them who I was. The older of the two gentleman was so grateful that he shook our hand and held it while taking myself and others to the gas furnace. He said he could not see well enough to know what to look for and the other aged coot didn’t hear anything. He yelled this section to let myself and others know he wasn’t lying. The aged guy heard enough to roll his eyeah and stick his tongue out. It took about an hour to service the gas furnace, and I went upstairs. I told them they needed to make sure they changed the air filter more often. There was dust and dirt inside the gas furnace. The air filter was made to get rid of that before it can get inside and do any disfigure. The noise they were hearing was the dust scraping against the components. The older gentleman grabbed our hand again and shook it vigorously. He said I should stay for a minute and he would pay me. He provided myself and others a tip for fixing the gas furnace. Before I could so no, the other guy told him to quit being an aged fool and just provide myself and others the pie he baked while waiting.

Two other Heating and Air Conditioning specialists provided to help.

I was attending a special service at our local church last week, and they were honoring all the fallen soldiers of the past wars and present. My father had been killed in the Gulf War, and our brother recently died in a training accident, and after the the service, he was talking to most people when I saw him walk up to the dais. He asked if there was an Heating and Air Conditioning specialist in the house? This was quite a change from the subject the people I was with and I were discussing, however it must have been important. The minister said they were having a problem with the heating in the prayer chapel, if anyone could help with the problem, he would be quite grateful. I wasn’t an Heating and Air Conditioning specialist, however I knew several men who were. I was about to offer their help when one of the newer parishioners stepped forward. He said he was a Navy vet, and he was an Heating and Air Conditioning specialist. He would be proud to do the Heating and Air Conditioning job in the prayer chapel. Two other Heating and Air Conditioning specialists provided to help. I could not know the generosity of the several guys who were donating their time to help the church, but when they came out of the area, I heard them tell the minister that there was no fixing to be done. They needed a new gas furnace for that section of the church. The first guy to offer his help told the minister that if he would pay for the equipment, he would make sure all of the labor was done for free, and he would lead the team. I hope that one afternoon I can be as gracious as these men.

I didn’t mean to hurt his feelings, despite the fact that I could not help it when he showed myself and others the handmade chairs he had made! He was so proud of the chairs and I had burst his bubble.

He thought they would perfect to put in our study room, despite the fact that I shook my head, but if he wanted to put his handmade chairs in his game lounge in the basement, I was okay.

I was not going to put those chairs in the main part of the house. He asked myself and others what was wrong with them. Aside from the fact that more than two legs were shorter than the other one? He told myself and others that could be fixed, but now he had one leg shorter than the other more than two. I told him all of us would soon be resting on the floor, the back of the handmade chair angled toward the seat and you felt like you were being pushed off the chair. I told him they weren’t comfortable. I had never seen my partner cry before, despite the fact that I was afraid it was soon going to happen if I didn’t shut my mouth. He stood there looking at the handmade chairs and then abruptly burst out laughing. He took them downstairs and came up with two other chairs. The seats and back were packed and covered with buttery soft faux leather in an odd shade of off-white. They were easily stunning and I asked where he got them. He told myself and others these were the real handmade chairs, but he didn’t want myself and others to get my hopes up so the real handmade chairs would be eighth best.

Two hours later, the roofing contractor went to supper, and she came in for her supper.

My daughter was fascinated with seeing people work… Last week, our acquaintance had the roofing contractor to her new home to replace her old roof, however the two of us had been talking earlier in the month and she told myself and others how reasonably priced the new roofing contractor was… She was able to make payments that were really affordable, and she got the metal roof she wanted, then when our multiple-year-old daughter heard the roofing contractor would be toiling next door, she asked if she could watch them. She promised she would sit on our porch and not transport from her seat; For two hours, she sat on a chair on the enclosed porch and watched the roofing contractor disattach all the old roofing. She came in for milk and cookies when the roofers went on break. When they went back to work, she went back to her chair. They were now putting some kind of insulating paper on the roof and she watched intently. Two hours later, the roofing contractor went to supper, and she came in for her supper. By the time she was done eating, the roofing contractor was back to work, however i couldn’t imagine what she found so interesting with the roofing corporation, but they were the best babysitter I ever had. I completely housecleaned our entire dining room while they were toiling, and she never once walked over our wet floors, or hauled her toys through the room. I’m wondering if the roofing contractor will come back again, because I would really like to get some grass work done. It would supply myself and others a couple of hours to get the work done, and she would be kept amused by the roofing corporation.

I walked into the home the other afternoon, plus I thought I was going to faint.

It was so tepid in the house, that I could know rivers of perspiration rolling between my shoulders, plus down my spine.

I shiver from the feeling, but not because I was cold. I looked at the temperature control plus everything looked fine, but I knew it wasn’t. It was supposed to help with home security plus keep the Heating plus Air Conditioning proposal running properly. I liked that combination plus told his to send the smart temperature control plus a digital temperature control to the house, with the Heating plus Air Conditioning professional. An hour later, I was in shorts plus a tank top when the doorbell rang. I was ecstatic to see the Heating plus Air Conditioning professional, but I wasn’t gleeful about who he was. My best friend stood outside the door, plus he immediately told me he had said I needed a modern temperature control.
