Megan couldn’t figure out how she had gotten herself in this predicament.

She woke up in a shabby hotel next to a man she did not recognize.

He was snoring away, and was definitely not her type! She quickly tried to recollect the events that she could remember from the previous day. Megan woke up early, as usual, to head to her heating and air conditioning company offices. She is one of their top employees. Her first job consisted of going to a nearby school to oversee the installation of a brand new heating and air conditioning system. Shortly before her work was finished there, she got another call from a loyal customer of hers that needed help with installing and understanding how to work a smart thermostat. She was only too happy to assist this customer. Next, she returned to her office, only to receive another call from a friend who needed help figuring out what kind of HVAC system she should choose to purchase. Megan helped her figure out what her needs were and the proper size of the HVAC system that would replace the old one. Later, she got a call from another loyal customer who needed maintenance on his system. Megan was happy to see that even though this system was about 8 years old, it still worked rather well. Finally, she called another HVAC employee with an invoice of supplies that needed to be procured from an HVAC provider. Still, none of this explained why she was in this bed next to this gentleman. He would definitely need to explain himself when he woke up.

Daisy looked at him as he snored there next to her.

Daisy replayed the previous day’s events to see if she could find an answer. Daisy then got a call from a neighbor who needed help on a new install regarding indoor comfort. Daisy’s neighbor was trying to see if she could help him maximize air flow and help with other things. Daisy gave her some tips that she knew would help her well. From there, she installed a temperature control in the abode of one of her most loyal customers. The client also needed HVAC service. Daisy was the one who had installed the HVAC system and was most pleased to see that the homeowner took good care of it. The HVAC machine was ten years old and showed no obvious signs of aging. Daisy then called a fellow HVAC repairman so that he could send along an invoice of things they needed from the HVAC supply store. Daisy could still not understand how she ended up at the motel. The obese fellow next to her stirred, but did not wake. He had some explaining to do when he woke up.

That’s why my company avoids such scenarios. If you want to install a brand new HVAC system you really are better off getting it from an HVAC provider. If you don’t like your current HVAC provider because you don’t trust their service, find a new one that can install your new HVAC system. It’s that simple.

That’s why my business decided not to work on any HVAC system that they didn’t install. Often, customers lose the warranty on their HVAC unit because of the aforementioned issues and then blame that HVAC company that worked on the unit. If you are looking for an affordable and quality HVAC system consult an HVAC service provider instead of purchasing the HVAC unit directly from the manufacturer. It’s cheaper and you’ll be happy that you did.
