I want to get our Heating plus A/C method running well before I go to the States, because when I come back here there won’t be any remnants of warmth outside plus our flat will be legitimately cold too.

I will return in the middle of January plus start up our cold water swims again, but when I do, the water is going to be much colder than it is right now.

I guess the water will cool down to about 50F by the time March rolls around, testing the limits of our skin’s tolerance to the frosty waters. I want our oil furnace running well because I will use it a lot after those cold swims to warm myself and others up plus stop our shivering. I also take a sizzling bath after the swim to expedite the process. I have to set our sizzling water boiler’s thermostat to the high heat setting so when I fill up the tub I won’t run out of sizzling water. I’ve been doing these cold water swims for a few years plus haven’t had a single cold or ailment since doing so. I did have a single instance of hypothermia, but that was our fault from staying in the cold water way too long. I guess I am area shark or something! I also have a gas fireplace I use to keep our residing room warm, although I don’t run it so much anymore since cutting up with our lady. All of us used to rest by it plus snuggle, plus doing it alone just does not supply myself and others the same feeling.

It’s not more money, it is more efficient than I thought it was going to be! I didn’t have zone control Heating plus A/C in our life before, but now I can see why more plus more people are getting it in their homes.

It just moves the cold or warm air to the rooms that need it plus does so a lot quicker than the normal Heating plus A/C systems.

I spend most of our time in two rooms of the flat; the office plus the living room. The rest of the time is basically just passing through the other rooms. As far as the home office goes, when I am cooking the stove is a fine enough furnace to keep myself and others warm in the wintertime. When it is Summer plus I am cooking I just turn on the small fan in our home office to keep myself and others cool while I work the food. My flat has an extra living room that isn’t used much, although I guess I am going to get a roommate soon, so I’ll have to open the vents in that room once again. I got the zoned heating plus cooling method installed a couple of years ago plus it has made a massive difference in our power bills. Now I don’t have to worry when a bill comes in because I can pay it separate from taking out a loan to do so. I guess I will start telling all our friends about this Heating plus A/C technology that can save you so much money. I bet a few of them will get the zoned method put in.

My body has been in hibernation mode ever since the temps dropped a few weeks ago.

Maybe it is an critter instinct or something, but ever since the sunshine started setting earlier plus the temps getting colder, I just recognize love sleeping most of the day plus not doing much of anything.

The fine area about Winter time for myself and others is I can get to bed earlier plus wake up earlier, as opposed to the Summer where I would be on the beach till 11pm playing ball. I’ve been sleeping better too since turning off the a/c, which seems to blast into our room plus wake myself and others up a lot. The vent blows directly onto our bed plus there is no way to adjust it differently, so now I am getting the natural weather conditions control from the cold evenings plus not needing to run the cooling system at all anymore. I don’t guess I will run the heat at all this Winter time for sleeping as I love it quite cold in our room all evening. I have some massive fluffy comforters to keep myself and others warm, so running the central heating or a space furnace would make myself and others recognize way too hot. But in the day it can be legitimately cold so I may end up running the furnace a bit to take the chill out of the air, the sunshine usually heats the place up in the day as it shines through our sliding glass doors plus heats up the wood flooring almost love they were radiant floors. It works out great this way at least.

I like chocolate so much I can’t even begin to explain. It has gotten me through many strenuous afternoons with its creamy sweet flavor plus the way it wakes our brain up with endorphins. I prefer to eat this 1 kind of chocolate without sugar. It is sweetened with maltitol plus doesn’t cause weight receive or cavities. I eat more of it on those rainy cold gloomy afternoons when I am feeling down. Today is a sunny 1 though plus I am eating our normal small allotment. I will go visit our Heating plus A/C serviceman friend at the Heating plus A/C provider store later to cheer me up plus just to hang out for a while. The man running the store is legitimately cool plus we usually all go to eat at some local supplier around the corner from them. I was working there for a while however decided to do more freelance toil so that I could travel a bit more. I was selling up-to-date Heating plus A/C technology at that Heating plus A/C supplier for a few years till I decided to go on our own. They have a superb crew there plus I still prefer to go back plus hang out with them when I have some free time to kill. I will actually toil in the Heating plus A/C field for another numerous years or so plus then just focus on rock n roll for the rest of our years. I am going to go down there soon once I get this writing done plus have some fun with the workers while they do their thing at the heating corp.
