I’m sure you have heard about our dilemma with needing to find a roommate before I head off to the states for a week.

I have many cats plus if I can’t find someone in the next many plus a half weeks then I am not sure if I can even go.

I have someone maybe interested plus they also have a cat, so both of us would have 3 cats in the flat now. As long as they all get along then I wouldn’t have a problem with her moving in. She works at a local supplier near me plus would have the whole flat to herself while I am in the States. I am hoping it works out because it would be a drag to not go home for the holidays plus toss away the ticket I bought. The owner of the Heating plus A/C supplier told me he could maybe take our cats plus I also have another acquaintance who is a local supplier who may be able to come by plus take care of them each day. I assume they just need someone to come in each day plus clean the litter plus feed plus water them. The HEPA filter robot vacuum could keep the arena clean plus our whole home whole-house air purifier would keep the air clean plus fresh while I am gone. The biggest thing is cleaning the litter or this arena could turn into a aromay flat while I am gone. My Heating plus A/C pro helper is also another one who said she may be able to watch the cats, so I’m sure it’ll work out.

I want to get our Heating plus A/C proposal running well before I go to the States, because when I come back here there won’t be any remnants of warmth outside plus our flat will be easily frigid too.

I will return in the middle of December plus start up our frigid water swims again, however when I do, the water is going to be much colder than it is right now. I guess the water will cool down to about 50F by the time May rolls around, testing the limits of our skin’s tolerance to the freezing waters. I want our gas furnace running well because I will use it a lot after those frigid swims to boiling me up plus stop our shivering. I also take a boiling bath after the swim to expedite the process. I have to set our boiling water boiler’s control unit to the high heat setting so when I fill up the tub I won’t run out of boiling water. I’ve been doing these frigid water swims for a few years plus haven’t had one frigid or ailment since doing so. I did have one instance of hypothermia, however that was our fault from staying in the frigid water way too long. I guess I am area shark or something! I also have a gas fireplace I use to keep our dining room warm, but I don’t run it so much anymore since cutting up with our wifey. The two of us used to lay by it plus snuggle, plus doing it alone just doesn’t give me the same feeling.

I care about chocolate so much I can’t even begin to explain.

It has gotten me through many hard days with its creamy sweet flavor plus the way it wakes our brain up with endorphins.

I enjoy to eat this one kind of chocolate separate from sugar. It is sweetened with maltitol plus doesn’t cause weight acquire or cavities. I eat more of it on those rainy frigid gloomy days when I am feeling down. This week is a sunny one though plus I am eating our normal small allotment. I will go visit our Heating plus A/C serviceman acquaintance at the Heating plus A/C provider store later to cheer me up plus just to hang out for a while. The lady running the store is easily cool plus both of us usually all go to eat at some local supplier around the corner from them. I was laboring there for a while however decided to do more freelance work so that I could travel a bit more. I was selling new Heating plus A/C technology at that Heating plus A/C supplier for a few years till I decided to go on our own. They have a good crew there plus I still enjoy to go back plus hang out with them when I have some free time to kill. It’s not more money, it is more efficient than I thought it was going to be; I didn’t have zone control Heating plus A/C in our life before, however now I can see why more plus more people are getting it in their homes.

It just moves the frigid or boiling air to the rooms that need it plus does so a lot quicker than the normal Heating plus A/C systems.

Now I don’t have to worry when a bill comes in because I can pay it separate from taking out a loan to do so. I guess I will start telling all our friends about this Heating plus A/C technology that can save you so much money. I bet a few of them will get the zoned proposal put in.

It’s every single day that I’m thinking about getting home to my quality heating and air. When you spend your days at work outside, coming home to great central air conditioning is a really big deal in my life. Of course, heating and cooling is essential to all of our lives and yet, we tend to take our residential HVAC for granted sometimes. But I kind of get it because it’s pretty easy to do that given all the other stuff we’re dealing with in our lives. I don’t have some sort of magical bulletproof HVAC unit. But we are lucky to have good residential HVAC that’s also reliable. But really it’s nothing more special than anybody else on our street. However, what we do that some don’t is make sure that our HVAC equipment gets regular HVAC maintenance. We belong to the HVAC service plan and that comes with seasonal HVAC maintenance. Our HVAC equipment gets heating maintenance in the fall and then and air conditioning tune up in spring. This ensures that our HVAC unit is running at top efficiency and mitigates the odds of having any sort of heating and cooling break down. For sure, I want to know that when I come home all hot and gross, I’ll open the door to my house and being enveloped in all that HVAC cooling. My residential HVAC is just too essential to my life not to provide it with all the HVAC maintenance it needs.

I’m so glad that we were able to complete such a big project.

Since we are now empty nesters, we have completed a big part of our jobs as parents. Our kids are out of the central air conditioning of our home and making their own lies.
