My husband Ron really loves his job as an HVAC technician. Honestly, sometimes I feel like maybe Ron was just born to be an HVAC technician. I have never really met anyone who loved their job quite as much as Ron does. He went to school to get his HVAC certification shortly after he finished with his high school diploma. Ever since he earned his HVAC certification, he has been working for the same local HVAC company and he just absolutely loves it. He always tells me that he loves all of the guys at the HVAC company and how they all work together as a team. He also really seems to love most of the customers that he has to deal with on a daily basis. He says that they are all really kind and generous. Most of them try to give him tips whenever he goes to work on their furnace or air conditioning systems for them, but he’s not allowed to accept tips. It’s one of the rules that the HVAC company has. I personally feel like if Ron had been able to accept tips for the entire time that he has been working there, then we could have been rich by now! I know that lots of people have tried to tip him here and there over the years, that’s for sure. His customers all really like him and I guess if I were him, then I would probably love my job, too. Ron loves the HVAC company that he works for, and other than the no tips policy, I do too.

The weather is so weird right now.

A couple of days ago, it was really cold, and now the temperature is all the way up in the 70s again.

I think that weather like this is really one of the main reasons that people get sick around this time of the year. Our bodies just can’t understand the vast temperature changes that keep happening and I think that it wreaks havoc on our immune systems sometimes. I love the fall of the year and usually it’s my favorite time of the year. I love it whenever the weather starts cooling down and I love when we get to start using the fireplace in the house. The fireplace always makes me feel warm and cozy and I think that it’s one of the best parts about the house where we live. However, now the temperatures are so hot again that I can’t even use the fireplace because it’s way too warm outside. It’s so annoying because I was actually super happy for it to actually be fall again. Now, the temperature is back up almost to 80 degrees and I’m not happy about it one bit. I have been waiting and waiting for the weather to start cooling down and I thought that I had finally made it. Now we are back to where we have started, basically. It’s so irritating. Just when I thought I was going to be able to turn the air conditioning off for the year, I ended up having to use it once again this weekend.

My husband John and I own a property management company in our town.

We have been doing property management for 5 years now and we have grown to love it. We manage both residential and commercial properties for our clients. In addition to our property management company, we also own two properties that we rent to different tenants. As with any business venture, being property owners has its advantages and disadvantages. For instance, we must be aware of all the current fair housing laws that govern our area to make sure that our tenants are always treated fairly. Furthermore, we must know what actions are legal when we do have tenants who might become an issue. Of course, renting a property can become challenging if you can’t retain your tenants. The goal of any property manager is to find a great tenant who pays the rent on time and who doesn’t destroy or create issues that would cost money for the property owner. Also, we would prefer to always have tenants occupying our properties, so that we don’t have to cover the rental costs for when the property is empty. Currently, all our tenants seem content, and I am happy to say that we have a very high tenant retention rate. My husband and I would like to continue to grow our property management company, and we would eventually like to add commercial properties to our portfolio. We believe tapping into the commercial market will elevate our property management company and we are more than excited to venture into the next level of this business.

My dad has a shed in his backyard, and for three years there has been a colony of bees living inside the shed.

However, he neglected to have it removed even after I mentioned it to him many times.

Well, the colony has grown to the point where it has taken over a great portion of the floors inside the shed, and of course, he needed to contact a local bee removing service to safely transport the colony. He asked me to find a bee removal service for him, so I did some research online and found one of the best ones in his town. I was shocked to see the number of bee removal companies that showed up in his area, as I had no clue that bee removal was such a popular business. Well, I explained the situation to the business and made the appointment for the representative to go to my dad’s home to see the colony of bees. On the afternoon of the appointment, I drove over to my dad’s home because I wanted to understand the process of removing the bees. Especially because I was told that a section of the floors of the shed may need to be removed. I wanted to make sure that the colony was moved safely with the least amount of disfigure to the hive. The colony of bees turned out to be massive, much larger than the two of us originally thought. The process of removing the bees took a few afternoons, but in the end the colony was safely removed, and afterwards the two of us had to replace the floors in my dad’s shed.

I work for a major construction business in the neighborhood I live in, and the two of us have many buildings on the property.

A few years ago, the two of us discovered that there were bees inside the walls of one of our conference rooms, and of course, the two of us needed to remove the bees for their safety and for ours.

Initially, the admin called our extermination business because at the time she had no plan who to contact. However, our exterminator advocated for her to call a commercial bee removal service instead. All of us were cheerful about that advice, since a removal service would better take care of the bees. After searching online for a bee removal dealer, she was able to find a good one. Two afternoons later, after the two of us initially discovered the bees, the bee removal service was on the property assessing the situation. Unfortunately, the two of us were told that the bees could not be saved because it wasn’t a colony but a displaced swarm, and it would cost significant destruction to the building if he attempted to save the bees. It was an honestly difficult situation as the decision on how to handle the bees was out of our hands. A few of us from the office wanted to get a better understanding if there were other methods that the two of us could explore. But due to the nature of the situation and the fact that it wasn’t a big colony of bees, the bee removal service had no choice in how they proceeded in removing them. Needless to say, the bees were removed, and it caused little to no injury. And the hole where the bees entered the conference room was fixed as well, to avoid this from happening again in the future.

It seems essentially like every month there is a holiday in this town I swear. Tomorrow’s holiday is something about the dead, as this month is Halloween as well as I guess it’s appropriate for us to have an afternoon off tomorrow to honor the dead folks. Today reminds me of my own father because he was buried many years ago this week, as well as also because he wrote a book called Words From the Graveyard. My father mainly inspected boiling water gas furnaces as well as heat pumps during the years when he was running his Heating as well as Air Conditioning appliance business. He was a poet a long time ago, despite the fact that he made the choice to give up writing as well as focus more on building houses as well as real estate, along with his Heating as well as Air Conditioning appliance company that he ran for roughly 30 years. I am not entirely into playing tournaments nowadays, however it could be a pretty exciting one tomorrow because a lot of the people playing are good pals of mine that live here in my town. A few people from the heating plus cooling equipment business where I have a job are going to be playing in it, plus one of the Heating, Ventilation and A/C pros is going to play plus he is unquestionably impressive, so we could have some great games. I guess he has been playing volleyball longer than I have, plus we met each other while entirely working at the Heating, Ventilation and A/C machine business in our city here a few years ago. We played a few tournaments together plus we won, plus it looks like this time we will be playing against each other. I have to actually do work tonight doing some heat pump repairs, plus also my hot water heater needs to be replaced so I have to handle that. I guess I will try to find a business to do it because there are a lot of local suppliers that need to find some work in my space plus they are unquestionably slow at this moment. I’ve done it myself before, however it’s a lot of work plus I do not have all the appropriate tools to do it anymore, so it’s better just to get somebody else to do it for me! That way I can focus on cleaning my HEPA filter today plus getting ready for the tournament tomorrow.
