I’ve been listening to this talk show about enhancing your life and it seems that a lot of what they keep telling us is to ease the mind and you will have a better experience of life.

I guess we absolutely think too much as humans and a lot of these thoughts end up leading to suffering in some sort of way, so to quiet the mind and let go of thinking seems basically like it would lead to less suffering.

I’ve been meditating at this local company for 10 years now and I can sincerely say that I am a less busy person than before. My boss at the heating and cooling corp has noticed a difference in me over the years and she even started to meditate at the same local company with this other up-to-date company. They don’t charge any currency for this meditation course everyday, they just want to help the whole town become more present minded and calmer overall. The Heating & Air Conditioning rep who runs the meditation course has been meditating for approximately 20 years, and every single morning she is entirely calm and relaxed every time I see her! I would love to actually be like that and I recognize if I keep meditating all the time I can be much calmer in the future than I am now! On occasion, when I am entirely working on Heating & Air Conditioning appliances it can be a stressful situation, and if I am not relaxed and in the moment I could get relatively angry. So I try to stay in the moment, especially when entirely working on heat pumps or AC compressors in someone’s residence.

Honestly, I would love to be kind of like that & I suppose if I keep meditating all the time I can be considerably calmer in the future than I am now. Sometimes when I am working on Heating & A/C appliance, it can be a stressful situation, & if I am not relaxed & in the moment I could get truly miserable. So I regularly make an attempt to stay in the moment, especially when working on heat pumps or AC compressors in someone’s dwelling.

One thing that was important to me was the fact that they accepted my insurance plan. Dental care is extremely expensive, especially if you have orthodontics, root canals, crowns, or veneers. I wanted to find a dental office with short wait times. I hate to sit around for 2 hours while I wait for the dentist. If my appointment is scheduled for 2:30, I should be in to see the dentist before 3:00. My time is just as important as the dentists, even if I don’t earn $300 each hour. After a couple of days of research and several phone calls, I found a great dentist office near me. The place accepts my insurance and the building is practically brand new. The instruments and Furniture are all new and the place is as clean as a whistle.

When my wife and I bought our house, we did not know that the house was going to have so many difficult problems that needed to be fixed. It was one nightmare after another for the first couple of years. We didn’t know the first thing about plumbing, electrical work, or heating. We could not figure out why the light was not working even when the switch was on and the bulb was brand new. I thought it was going to be easy to buy a hot tub and turn it on but it turns out that you have to have the entire machine set up and running with the electricity that comes out of your house. When my wife and I bought the hot tub, we certainly didn’t expect an additional $800 bill from an electrician. Thankfully we had the cheap electrician in our back pocket, because we probably would have spent $300 more if we had to call someone else.

I have a big, handyman around to do jobs around the house. Just because we are older doesn’t mean I don’t want to improve my house. I am not all that keen on living in a little breach shack either. I have sunk quite a bit of money into my southern home. I updated the kitchen, added another bathroom and remodeled the master bedroom. My husband has needed to do a lot of plumbing, HVAC and window replacement for me. I recently was looking at getting a new front door and a side door. The side door leads to my bedroom. It is a nice little sneak out point if you want to walk a dog, take a cigarette break or just get some fresh air. I am a bit nuts about spiders. I know the door is not airtight. It can easily be kicked in and spiders can come in through the cracks. The front door is pretty ulgy and wobbly as well. I bought myself two exterior doors with glass. The front door has a full glass front with concealed blinds. The side door is half glass with the blinds. That way I can get natural light but also have privacy. I am not a door installation type of gal though. My husband isn’t around for months. I have been looking into door installation or door replacement services. I found a door company that is willing to install each door 300 bucks cash. I feel that is more than fair.
