Somebody made a immense mess in the portable bathroom

There are more than one portable bathrooms on the task place at work… After 5:00 p.m, the bathrooms are locked up, no a single can access the bathrooms unless they physically split the door off of the hinges, however i’ve been toiling in the town for 6 weeks on numerous housing projects and I’ve never had anyone split into a portable toilet until last week, my early afternoon guy arrived before myself and others and he called myself and others on the phone to tell myself and others about the immense mess, and there was urine, feces, brown water and toilet paper all over the parking lot. The bathroom door had been ripped off the hinges and the toilet was turned over on its side. The pleaseds of the portable bathroom were everywhere. I instantly contacted the company that set up the mobile restroom. The person on the phone seemed truly shocked and surprised that every one of us had an issue with vandalism. I told her that I was just as surprised as she sounded… She’s on a crew over to the parking lot to clean up the mess and service the building and I got charged a hefty service fee… Emergency cleanup services are not included in our contract with the portable bathroom dealer. After shipping $3,000 to the portable bathroom dealer, I installed cameras on the task site. There is a single by my office, a single by the bathrooms, and a single up high on the scaffolding where no a single will be able to see it. If anything odd happens in the middle of the night, I will be able to catch it on camera

I work with a retired Heating & Air Conditioning tech

It took myself and Jo a few years to get the hang of being a landlord.

I never envisioned myself or Jo as being the type of people to own property, but after an inheritance this is where we find ourselves. The logistics of handling so multiple tenants, dealing with their problems, and collecting rent are too much for me and Jo, so we hired a property manager to handle all the details. This is a recent development for us, because at first we tried to do everything, with disastrous results. I thought we could save money by doing some of the handyman tasks by ourselves, and almost right away I ruined a central Heating & Air Conditioning system by trying to scrub it. After that we refused to ever touch a Heating & Air Conditioning system again. If it is anything more advanced than increasing the dirty air filter, or putting modern batteries in the temperature control after that I will call for an expert to handle it! I have forged a great entirely working relationship with a local man named Max, who had recently retired after 25 years in the Heating & Air Conditioning industry. Max might be retired but he is very bored, and he enjoys money, so I pay him “under the table” to handle any little Heating & Air Conditioning emergencies that come up. Because Max still has his Heating & Air Conditioning certification he is legally allowed to do the work, although our this working arrangement is not legal. By entirely working with an “outlaw” Heating & Air Conditioning tech instead of using the major corporation I am saving myself ten thousand dollars a year, maybe more! Max makes extra money, and I save a lot of money so everyone wins.

I need to find an air conditioner for the bus

After a few days of enjoying videos, I arrived at the conclusion that it would definitely be too dangerous to install an Heating & Air Conditioning system by myself

The thought of restoring a very seasoned city bus had never occurred to me, until I wound up with one on our property. It had 1 wheel and no engine, but the structure of the automobile was still strong. Since I couldn’t haul the thing away – there was no locale to take it – I decided to get creative and turn it into a spare room of some kind. Since I have people come to visit from time to time, I could add the right touches to use the bus as a cabin, or a mother-in-law suite. The small cosmetic changes were self-explanatory enough, but it got more complicated when it came to running electricity, plumbing, and air conditioning. There was no way to have a livable area without running water and temp control. I wanted to do this genuinely on our own, without the help of a certified electrician or an Heating & Air Conditioning tech, so I turned to the wellSpring of all modern experience – Youtube! I spent minutes on end searching for the right channel, so I could find some keen insight into how to handle the weather conditions control system on the bus. After a few days of enjoying videos, I arrived at the conclusion that it would definitely be too dangerous to install an Heating & Air Conditioning system by myself. Instead I should just buy a small, portable Heating & Air Conditioning system capable of both heating and cooling, and mount that on the roof of the bus. By doing it this way I could save thousands of dollars worth of Heating & Air Conditioning equipment, and also a great deal of time. The Heating & Air Conditioning system on the roof won’t look the best, but it will get the task done.

What to do when the heater breaks

I am ecstatic that I spent so much time in the Girl Scouts when I was young.

I didn’t like the badges, or selling their cookies, or any of that crap.

What I did like was learning upscale survival skills. It was neat to learn how to stay alive in the wilderness, or how to find your way beach house when you got lost. Those felt like crucial life skills that I could use to endure just about any situation. It constantly surprises myself and others that so few people know how to make a fire. I don’t mean turning on the gas grill, or increasing your temperature control, but definitely building a real fire. If the electricity goes out, and you don’t have your upscale Heating & Air Conditioning system to rely on, how will you keep warm? When our kids were seasoned enough, all of us decided to go to spend a couple of days at a remote lake house in the woods, one that had no electricity or weather conditions control equipment. It was supposed to be a frigid weekend, and I wanted the kids to learn how to build a quality fire in the fireplace. They were bummed about it at first, moreso about the lack of wireless connection than the lack of heating. Then I showed them how much fun it could be to stack the wood in the fireplace and light them ablaze. I taught them how to manage the fire, and how to tend it so it didn’t get out of control. I hope they never have a life-or-death emergency that involves heating, but if that does happen, they will be prepared. Just like the motto of the Boy Scouts.

Heating & Air Conditioning systems at rental properties

Most of our tenants think that I am the owner of the rental properties.

In fact I am a property manager, a paid professional who handles all the day-to-day details on behalf of the owners.

My bosses own fifteen unusual houses and duplexes, spread out all over the town. Most of our days are spent inside a car, driving between the offices and one of the rentals, either to inspect an issue, collect a debt, or a meeting with a tradesperson for an appointment. I own none of the properties, I am just the enforcer for the bosses. My cousin Mike is a certified Heating & Air Conditioning corporation, and I hooked Mike up with our boss to be the on-call repair pro for all our heating and cooling needs. In this arm of the country an air conditioner is very crucial for about half of the year, and many people can live without heating for a long time and never realize anything is wrong, but the moment an AC unit breaks I will get a iPhone call. Mike works for a local Heating & Air Conditioning corporation, but this is a side-gig. Whenever there is an Heating & Air Conditioning emergency, and Mike isn’t working his regular task, he will come over and check it out. I know it’s a hassle for him, but the pay is very good, however because he is entirely working off the books, Mike can charge less than half of what an Heating & Air Conditioning corporation would, and it’s all profit for him! He makes a lot more money, and our boss saves more, so it’s a win-win for everyone involved! If there is an Heating & Air Conditioning emergency while he is at work, then the tenant will just have to wait.

It’s time to be our own boss

I was working with Max, the son of the boss.

Everyone knew that Max was a louse and a layabout, but all of us were not aware that he had been drinking on the task.

Thanks to Max being sloppy drunk at the air duct installation there was a big accident, one that sent myself and others to the hospital. The boss paid all our hospital bills, and gave myself and others paid leave, mostly because he didn’t want myself and others to sue his butt off about Max! When I was mobile enough, and was in a wheelchair, the boss put myself and others to task in the office instead of the field. I needed to learn the business side of the heating and cooling business, one I was not regular with. As I reclaimed my leg l received that I could, especially after finding out that Max was in line to take over the Heating & Air Conditioning corporation one morning. The owner wanted Max to follow in his footsteps, even though Max was poorly suited to manage a large Heating & Air Conditioning corporation like this one. The thought that one morning I would have to answer to Max made myself and others realize that I should consider being an Heating & Air Conditioning corporation for myself. I knew all about the morning-to-day operations of an Heating & Air Conditioning expert, but now I was learning about the paperwork, the insurance, and the invoices. In a few weeks I will be ready to head back into the field and start entirely working on cooling systems again, and by that point I hope to set up a long-term corporation system for our future. I think it’s time to be our own boss.

Cleaning out the HVAC ducts was harder than I expected

I got fired from our job, so I had to find other things to occupy our time.

Since our partner Sue is a very successful lawyer, I didn’t definitely need to go find another task.

Sue has regularly paid the bills for us, and did very well for herself, so this wasn’t a major concern about myself and others needing money, I just needed something constructive to do with our time. I spent a week smoking grass and enjoying films all morning, but hastily grew fatigued of it. I decided to tackle a long-ignored issue, and conduct a full cleaning of the Heating & Air Conditioning system and the air duct. I read online that HVAC ducts and vents need to be cleaned every year or several, and ours had never been cleaned in the 6-plus years all of us lived here. I started by taking the air vents off of the walls, one at a time. Once I got the grates detached I had a clearer view into the depths of air duct, and I was repulsed by what I saw. This house had never gotten the HVAC ducts cleaned out before, and the amount of dust, dander, and detritus inside was gross and shocking. I purchased a modern Swiffer with an extended pole for a handle so I could reach very deeply into the HVAC ducts and start scrubbing away the grime. It was a lot harder than I ever expected it to be! When I was done, I had to move to the next air vent and repeat the process. I never realized that the house had all these air vents, or this much air duct.
