I was fired today from the HVAC system company that I worked for.

The reason they gave myself and others the can was not because I did anything wrong or am a poor HVAC system specialist.

But it was because I had an argument with management over the spend money I have been getting. I got pretty difficult and mad to be honest. They have not been paying myself and others what other HVAC system companies are paying their certified heat and cooling system specialists. In a way to tell you the truth if they had not fired myself and others I would have most likely been quitting anyhow. I already have another job almost lined up with another HVAC system company. I am just waiting for them to get back to myself and others with a start date. I found this out yeahterday. So I was honestly going to quit anyhow. I will not mention that I got fired if anyone asks myself and others at the up-to-date upcoming HVAC system company job that I will be having. I will just say I quit to come work for them if asked. The HVAC system company I was working for is going to end up losing a lot of their heat and cooling system workers if they do not start paying more currency and paying what the going rate is for heat and cooling system specialists. Many may end up starting their own HVAC system companies and becoming independent heat and cooling system specialists if this kind of thing keeps up.

I have just reached the milestone of working as a certified HVAC system specialist for 10 years now.

That is a whole decade of working in the heating and cooling business.

I never thought that I would ever reach this point. Because when I first graduated HVAC system university and ended up working in the heat and cooling system company for the first time I sincerely was having issues within myself. I honestly did not believe I could chop it as a HVAC system specialist and was honestly thinking about just quitting and going back to university to learn another trade for another career all together. But as time moved on I gave our all and eventually I fell into it and got the hang of everything. This week a decade later I am really comfortable being a certified HVAC system specialist and I have been working successfully as an independent heating and cooling worker for the last 3 years having our really own heating and cooling business. This was not an straight-forward task to get up and running and get a steady workflow going. But I did it! And this is the way I am going to keep working in the HVAC system company until the time comes that I have to retire. At least I hope so. If our independent HVAC system company working as an independent heat and cooling system company ever isn’t working out I can always go back and work for a HVAC system company in our local area in the town in which I live.
