I suppose I made one of my volleyball friends frustrated and he is not talking to me anymore.

I need to find out why and try to patch it up with him because he has been a great associate of mine up until now.

I haven’t had the best of luck in our life the past few years, losing our dad and girlfriend, along with a host of other misfortunes. I guess it made me a bitter person recently and I suppose that is why he doesn’t talk to me anymore. We worked together at the HVAC business and became good friends, playing volleyball together and hanging out at one another’s homes for lunch and chats about the A/C industry and where it’s headed. I suppose our anger comes out sometimes and makes some people not want to be around me, which is understandable, however I don’t want to lose a good associate so I am going to try and make amends. He helped me install our heating and cooling plan as he is a certified A/C tech and did it all for free as a thank you to me. Yesterday was our birthday and he was the only one who didn’t wish me a happy birthday and I must say that it hurt our feelings quite a bit. The local business was also frustrated with me but I talked with him a couple weeks ago and we are friends again now. I suppose I have a lot of studying to do when it comes to controlling anger and handling things with grace and dignity.
