My uncle and myself are getting into many debates over some random things and he is the type of person that simply prefers to argue just for arguing. Then I don’t personally love these debates though like last night when everyone of us had an unusual debate about air conditioners. I couldn’t understand what CBD extraction labs were for.

I understood that CBD was a derivative of the Hemp plant that gave us marijuana.

I knew they had to extract CBD from the plant, the same way they needed to extract the THC. What I couldn’t fathom was how they did the extraction. I read about extraction labs, but the biggest takeaway I got from the article was that it was costly and expensive to build a CBD extraction labs. There were many permits needed and by the time you built the lab, it was probably going to be out of date. This seemed like a worthless endeavor to me. I tried to understand how the process was done, but I was clueless. I thought it was an endeavor best left to the professionals, and those who had millions of spare dollars to sink into such a project. I wondered who came up with the idea of extracting CBD and THC from the marijuana hemp plant. I would have been happy smoking the raw plant, but they weren’t. I’m sure someone saw the sticky ooze and wanted to find out if the plant could be used for something other than smoking.Years ago, I’m sure all they used the marijuana hemp plant for, was to get high. Now, people have realized marijuana has more uses than just getting high and it must have become a necessity to learn how to extract the THC and CBD. This is what made CBD extraction labs a necessary part of the processing of marijuana.

It’s funny because I used to drive my folks crazy by always complaining about the air quality when it was bad.

I never could stand seeing dust floating in the air because I felt like it was going right into my mouth and eyes, and I didn’t like that! When they asked how they were supposed to improve the air quality to my liking, I told my mother she should vacuum more often to suck up all the excess dirt and debris. I told my father he should have the HVAC professionals clean the ductwork system and we should invest in a quality air purification system. My parents just stared at me for a moment and then started laughing. They asked why I was concerned about such things when I was just a child. I tried to tell them that having good air quality is important for our health, but they just shrugged it off. The best my father would do was invest in air filters that had slightly better MERV ratings than the ones he was previously using. Admittedly, that small change improved the air quality a lot. I also talked my father into getting the ductwork cleaning done a little later, and that helped a lot in improving the air quality also, but he wouldn’t get this home service done very often. These days in my own home, I always have the best air quality possible. I use HEPA filters and a UV air purification system. It’s funny because my parents say to me these days, “Why didn’t you tell us how to get such exceptional air quality?” Hey, I tried to tell them long ago!

When the HVAC professional told me that the ductwork had leaks in it, I felt like I needed to blame someone for this.

I asked why the HVAC experts from his company didn’t discover this issue much sooner and he said he believed it was more of a recent development.

He explained that even if it wasn’t, it’s not always easy to detect issues with leaking ductwork unless it’s something you’re looking for specifically. He told me how if customers were concerned about issues with energy bill spikes, that would be a good reason to carefully check the whole ductwork system. After he inspected the ductwork, he said the leaks could have been worse, but I would need duct resealing to make the ductwork more efficient again. I wasn’t happy about the price, that was the main thing that was making me upset. He asked me if I needed more time to think about the work that needed to be done, but I just gave him the go ahead to handle the home services I needed immediately. While I was bothered about the price, I was able to appreciate the fact that the HVAC professional gave me a reasonable solution. He explained that if I enrolled into an advanced HVAC service plan, I could have my ductwork maintenance services covered including regular ductwork cleaning and pressure checks. On top of that, all my other HVAC maintenance services would be covered, including air filter changes. It sounded good to me, and the best thing is that this service plan actually saves me money even though I’m getting all these great home services!

I honestly wasn’t too thrilled when I was invited to a cookout, and everybody ended up talking trash about the way I kept up with my property.

I never talked trash to any of my family and friends, and it made me wonder if I could even call some of those people friends. They said that I had too much junk around my home and I needed to clean everything up. I had a few old trailers on my property, but I didn’t see what the issue was. I was planning on fixing them up and selling them. I also have a bunch of older cars on my property, but I work on them and I sell old parts to make money. I have HVAC systems scattered here and there, but I think everything is pretty organized with all my HVAC parts and components. I have people come out all the time to take a look at HVAC parts they need, and I swear that’s where I make most of my money. Still, my family and friends act like my property is some kind of eyesore, yet I see a lot of treasures. I don’t even think the inside of my home is badly kept. Perhaps I could dust a little more, but they tell me I need better air filters for better air quality and I should upgrade my HVAC system altogether. I’m the type of guy with the mentality that if it ain’t broke, you don’t have to fix it. Nothing is broken in my home. I don’t mind using my old dial thermostat, it does its job! They think I need to upgrade to a programmable or smart thermostat, and I think that’s entirely out of the question to spend money on things I don’t need!

I couldn’t believe it when I had friends and family set me up for an intervention.

I thought it was just going to be a regular BBQ at my brother’s house and a lot of different people were invited.

I just wanted to enjoy some good food. My brother cooks some mean BBQ chicken and it’s something I could never pass up! Not to mention, I love eating food there in front of his electric fireplace. I don’t know why, but I love that thing, even in the summer months! It’s just mesmerizing and He has a big screen TV on the top of the mantle, so it’s really the perfect place to relax. Anyway, everybody gathered around the fireplace after we ate some good food, I was thankful for that at least. Then everybody started saying why they were worried about me. It seemed so lame to me and I kept protesting against everybody talking all this crap about me. They told me that my home was in a terrible state of disrepair and I needed to get help fixing up the place. They said I was looking something like a hoarder with things scattered all around my home and I needed to throw everything out. Well, I was just organizing everything, it was just taking me longer than I planned. I also didn’t want to throw out most of that stuff because it has sentimental value to me. I love my collection of old dial thermostats for instance, they don’t make them like they used to! That’s another thing, they said I should be using a modern smart thermostat so I can save on my energy bills. It’s really not all about the money to me, but I don’t think my family and friends get it.

It was really great when we found a nice lake that has camping in our area.

We have been living in this place for a few years and we never knew about such a fine camping destination. When we first went camping, we brought a few essentials like tents, sleeping bags, good food, and a portable HVAC unit. I figured that it would get frosty during the evenings so the heating system certainly helped a lot in the tent. Even on the very hot days when we just wanted to kick back and play some cards, we were able to enjoy ourselves thanks to the portable cooling system working its magic. Fortunately, we had a foldable solar panel on our camping adventure so we were able to keep the portable HVAC unit charged up for numerous days of comfort during our camping experience. We also enjoyed fishing at the lake which was great. Fortunately, we had our cooling hats too and those work surprisingly well to keep you cool on a hot day. Ever since that first year of camping at this place, we have been going back every single year. This year, we brought inner tubes and we’re going to paddle ourselves around the lake which should be fun! The kids say that we should get a boat to go out and fish, and I’m thinking about it but I want to make sure we get the right boat. It’s a large lake so we could get a nice boat that has a climate control system. Now, that’s something to look forward to!

When I had my buddies over for a get together the other day, my mouth was on fire when I tried the buffalo dip that my one friend brought over.

Some people loved the dip, others couldn’t handle it.

I was in the group that couldn’t handle it, though I really tried. My mouth was entirely on fire though so I had to drink ice-cold drinks and rest in front of the AC vent in my house. My buddy was calling me a baby for not being able to handle the spicy dip. I mean honestly, I don’t mind a little spiciness but I prefer a more medium spicy level so that I don’t feel like my mouth is on fire and I have trouble breathing. Later on when I beat my buddy in a game of beer pong, he challenged me to try some of his buffalo dip again if I thought I was such a winner. I had to think about it for a minute,and then I accepted his challenge. First though, I pulled my phone out to adjust the temperature control settings through the smart thermostat. I made sure the AC was ice-cold before anticipating my mouth being on fire again. Somebody else also said it helped if I drank a lot of milk to quell the flaming mouth feeling, so I got a cup of milk ready to go. I chomped down on the chips and dip like a champ this time around and with the AC just right and a cup of milk, I realized it wasn’t that bad! I really did feel like the champ that evening, and even my buddy said I got him. He said next time, he was going to use ghost peppers instead of jalapenos and cayenne pepper.

A little while ago when I ran into the bank, I just wanted to use the ATM they have inside. Well, the bank was so overheated. I asked the tellers if they had an issue with the cooling system and they confirmed there was an issue with an HVAC professional on the way. Instead of staying in there to sweat like crazy, I went to a different bank that I never went to before. They also had an indoor ATM, yet the space was comfortable with ideal temperature control settings and good air quality. I actually asked the tellers in this bank how they kept such fantastic air quality. They let me know that their customers’ comfort and well being was a priority so they used a UV air purification system. They even told me a little bit about how the UV light works to kill harmful pathogens. I was pretty sure my regular bank didn’t have this kind of convenience with a quality air purification system like that, but I knew I would have to tell them to invest in something like that. I was surprised when I went back to my bank and asked them if they would be willing to have a UV air purification system installed, and they said they likely wouldn’t be able to afford it. That made me feel a certain way about that bank, so I ended up transferring all my money to the other bank where they seemed to care more about the customers with excellent HVAC comfort and good air quality. I know these guys keep up with their regular HVAC maintenance, so I’ll never be disappointed when I go to deposit or withdraw funds!
