Our truly elderly aunt had been residing in her own loft as a widow for many years, but there were enough of her own children who lived nearby who could stop in to pay her a visit plus tend to her needs separate from requiring any outside assistance, however my friend and I knew that one afternoon she wouldn’t be able to stay in her own home, although no one wanted to admit it, however what my associate and I didn’t foresee is that Aunt Jo would be scammed by a company impersonating her heating plus cooling company, but it all began when she earned a iPhone call from someone claiming that her Heating and Air Conditioning system was due for repair; She didn’t believe the name on her caller ID plus told them that her Heating and Air Conditioning company was so-and-so.

The caller then claimed that they had taken over her Heating and Air Conditioning company’s repair programs plus that her heater was due for an inspection plus cleaning.

They told her that the inspection would cost fifty dollars plus that a serviceman would be there the next afternoon, and completely convinced, she agreed to the appointment and, as they promised, a guy arrived the truly next afternoon, and naturally the scam artist was dressed in official-looking clothes, was friendly, plus carried with him a shop vac plus a toolbox, and after our aunt led him to the basement, she busied herself upstairs until he was finished, which is when he presented her with the bill. She was shocked to see that the charge was for five hundred dollars! When she balked at the amount, he abruptly became quite intimidating plus she felt that she had no option but to write him a check to cover the bill… Once he left, she called her Heating and Air Conditioning company to complain about the bill. Imagine her surprise when she learned that it was a scam!

Ever since I was small, I always wanted to have my own vegetable garden, & two years ago I bought a dwelling with a yard where I could finally plant one.

I bought the seeds, rich soil for fertilizing the area, & made sure the plants got enough water without getting too much.

I was so cheerful when the first couple of small sprouts began to come out of the ground. However, I hadn’t payed enough attention to the best temperature for growing the plants in, & my part got far too hot. Without any way to cool down & manage the part my plants soon shriveled up & died. It was terrible! After that I was determined to make my garden work. I had a reddwelling built in my backyard & made sure it had an excellent temperature control system installed. The HVAC component was able to track the cooling of the air during the hotter months, preventing my plants from shrivelling again from the heat. The air conditioned reddwelling was also truly nice for harvesting the vegetables I grew, allowing me to option them duringside the nice cool air instead of out in the tepid yard, unlike the disastrous results of my first garden attempt, the plants in my reddwelling are growing strong. I get plenty of fresh, delicious vegetables & it’s satisfying to know I grew them with my own two hands. My harvest should continue after it begins to get colder as well thanks to the temperature control system keeping the environment for my plants stable.

My parents have always wanted to turn their three car garage into a game room.

• In order to do so, they would need to to build a wall to cover the garage doors.

They do not want to utilize the garage doors at all. They would also need to add more lighting, carpet, and an HVAC system. They want to be able to use this area for guests traveling in the area, as well. Adding HVAC to a garage is not an easy task. They quickly learned that they would need to hire a team of professionals to install heating and AC units to the garage. The ultimate plan would be for the garage to be a place for visitors to stay long term and in a few years, move my dads mother into the garage. Granny was getting old and they knew they would need a plan in place when the time came that Granny was no longer able to live by herself. Her dementia was getting really bad and my dad knew that time was going to come soon. The cost of the addition would be less than having Granny live in an assisted living facility. The HVAC company that did the installation was quick and professional. My dad does not know much about heating and cooling, but after assisting in the installation, he learned quite a bit about the HVAC industry. Several years have gone by since the garage renovation and my dad still refers the HVAC company to do work on other peoples homes.

Growing up, my grandfather was always working.

He had a very successful HVAC company in our town.

Everyone knew of the company and went to him for all of their heating and air conditioning needs. The business was around for 30 years. His father was the original owner. When his father passed the HVAC company down to him, he decided to expand into the neighboring towns. As expected, the reputation followed to the neighboring towns. The HVAC business was bringing to twice the revenue by the first year! When the company was passed down to my brother, he wanted to continue the family business, but did not feel comfortable having several locations. He closed all of the locations except for the original one in our town. He had his friends manage the company while he focused on his career. The HVAC technicians would sometimes travel to other towns to do repairs. Everyone knows of the company and trusted that they would do good, quality work. Over the years, the HVAC company has had several owners, but the reputation has stayed the same. My grandfather would be so happy to see that the company has upheld the reputation of quality HVAC work. There are no plans to close the company at any point, so this could be a family tradition for many years to come. This is great as it ensures that there will jobs available as the family grows and expands.

A friend of my family made some poor decisions early in life and ended up spending a lot of time in prison.

Being in prison is not something that most people can fathom. If you do end up in prison, you could find yourself in the middle of some really bad stuff. Our friend witnessed six murders in prison. After the first murder, he was commited to figuring out how to turn his life around and get out of there as soon as possible. He was sentenced to 20 years in a prison in a southern state. One day, he found out he would be eligible to become HVAC certified while he was in prison. This was his chance to change his life for the better. He spent several months learning all about the HVAC industry. He knows of several friends on the outside that had been involved in HVAC work and hoped he would be able to get a job through a friend once he was released from prison. After 8 months of classroom and field work, he was HVAC certified. He had really been in the wrong place at the wrong time when he was convicted of his crimes. He was released after 15 years in prison. When he got back to the real world, he was able to get a job with a local HVAC company through a friend. He was very grateful for such an amazing opportunity, and took the job very seriously. After a few years on the job he was able to prove himself and landed a management position.

My dads dream of an all inclusive RV that is ready for anything was going to come true this year.

His has always wanted to travel the country in an RV and now have to worry about having to look for a hotel or worry about a place to stay.

He really wants to visit areas where it snows. Being from a warm climate, that is something he did not have much experience with growing up. He decided to go ahead and make the RV have heated floors. He figured this would be really nice in the winter months when it was cold and they were in a place with snow. The radiant heated floors would also be good for heating the rest of the RV because heat rises. The RV is a rather small space, so it does not require much heat. It is important to remember that the floors are heated and to turn this feature off when they leave the RV. A fire can start from neglecting the heated floors in the RV. An RV is a great way to see the country and my dad has made his RV into the best home away from home.

It makes me absolutely sick when people will leave their dogs in their hot car while they go into a store.

I could never imagine leaving my dog in my car while I go into a store.

The weather where I live is so hot and to see a dog sitting in a hot car saddens me. I always make sure my dog has enough Air. At home I am make sure to accommodate him before I accommodate myself. I know that he has fur so he will need more air conditioning than I do. So if I feel that I am comfortable in the air conditioning I make it a little cooler. I know that he will be a little warmer than I am normally. So that is why I make the air conditioning a little cooler for him. My dog is my best friend and I could never imagine not having to make him comfortable in my home. If you leave your dog in your hot car then shame on you. I even tend to my dog during the winter. I know that he has a fur coat but he loves to lay in front of the heating vent. So last winter I purchased him radiant flooring. He has been enjoying the radiant flooring so much. He loves to go out and play in the snow. Then he will come right in and lay right down on the floor. The floor is so warm for him he loves to lay on it. I will forever make sure that my dog is happy. The air conditioning and heating have to be taken into consideration for our pets at home too.
