Within the past couple of years it turns out that I have had a bad mouse problem. I don’t even have a cat to help me take care of this problem. However they have been causing a lot of problems with in my kitchen. I have also noticed a lot of problems with in my electrical wiring. And for some reason it is mostly through my HVAC system. The mice seem to have been chewing through the wires that connect directly to my HVAC system. I have had to replace these wires to the HVAC system multiple times. I am going to need to call somebody else other than my HVAC company to come and take care of these nice. I cannot have my air conditioning keep going out because these mice keep chewing through my wires. I have had to live without air conditioning for some time already and it is not ideal. So these mice have to go. Well I do enjoy seeing my local HVAC professional I do not prefer to spend all the money to have to keep replacing these wires. The HVAC professionals who come to my house or often very nice and treat me well. However it can be very costly to have to have an HVAC professional come to your house to consistently fix your system. This is something that I do not want to do any longer. I do not mind having these mice with in my home however they are starting to cause problems and that is not okay with me. If the air conditioning keeps going off the mice have to go.
Constant air conditioning issues
I have had a very poor history with air conditioning.
It seems like every summer I have challenges with my HVAC system. I often come back to my house after a day of work and I’m afraid to open the door. I am afraid that I will feel terrible heat from inside my home. I have come home from work on several occasions to no air conditioning in my house. Just recently I came home and there was no air conditioning on in my house. In fact the the air was running except it was warm. I would not like warm air to running with in my home during the summer season. So I had to call my local HVAC company. I had no idea what was wrong with my HVAC system. It seems like every time the air conditioning doesn’t work it’s a new problem. So I don’t even bother with it anymore. I wouldn’t even know how to fix it. So I leave it up to my local HVAC company to send an HVAC professional to come look at my system. This most recent time it turned out that the refrigerant that makes the air cool head leaks out of the tank. The tank must have been old so all the refrigerant leak out of a crap that was found in it. All the HVAC professional had to do was replace the refrigerant take within the HVAC system. After he did this you refill the refrigerant tank. After about half-an-hour I felt the air conditioning come back on in my house. I wonder when these air conditioning problems with finally stopped for me.
Getting a tune up in the winter and summer
Most people tend to get their HVAC system tune-ups in the spring and in the fall.
- However I like to get my tune ups in the middle of winter and in the middle of summer.
I can trust that my HVAC system will work for the beginning of the seasons. Then I like to ensure that they will continue to work for the rest of the season. So I feel more comfortable getting a tune-up through the mid-season. I often find that it is easier to get an appointment for a tune-up during this time as well. Since most people get them in the fall and in the spring not many people are getting them in the winter during the summer. This makes it easier for me to make an appointment with my local HVAC company. Getting a tune-up is always important for your HVAC system. There might be a better time than others to get a tune up appointment. However this is the one I feel most comfortable with. The importance of a tune up for your HVAC system is to ensure that it lasts longer. You would want to keep your heat running during the winter. You would also want to keep your air conditioning running during the summer. The tune up is what will help you to keep your HVAC system running well for you. The HVAC professional will come to your house and check all of the parts. If some parts looked effective he will change them for you right away. He will also clean your system to ensure that nothing is getting clogged.
Imagining life without a heating or cooling system
I never want to imagine a world without HVAC systems.
I cannot even begin to imagine what it used to be like back in the day.
Back in the day they would barely stay warm in the winter. During the summer they would have to deal with the heat. There was nothing that they could do about it. Now, so many places rely on the heat and the air conditioning. People often get very nasty if there is none in a certain place. We do not often remain grateful to have it in some places. People will get so mad if their HVAC system breaks down as well. I would have no idea how to keep my family warm in the winter time. Maybe we would light a fire in the living room and all huddle around it. Now, we have the furnace to keep us warm. The air gets distributed around the house by the air ducts. We have a machine that does all of the work for us. If we did not have that I am not sure how our life would actually be. There are so many things involved in installing an HVAC system, the person who created it must be rich by now! Every home in america probably has a heating or cooling piece of equipment in their home. This is why I take care of the system that we have because I would never want to buy another one or have it break down. If it breaks down in the winter, we just freeze for a couple of days. Can’t imagine without ever having one in the first place.
The springtime is my HVAC tune up time
I can finally feel it coming. I can feel the warmer weather in the air. I feel it as if it were right around the corner. The most important thing for me to do now, it schedule an appointment. This is my annual appointment with the HVAC technician. He comes to my house to look at the HVAC system. He will come and clean it and check for broken parts. He will do this for both the heating and the cooling system. It is important to have it done for both so that way the heating system is ready to be put away. Then, it will make it good to use the air conditioning for the summer. By receiving a tune up in the spring, I can ensure that my air conditioning will last all summer long. I will not have to worry about the air conditioning breaking down on me at all. Hopefully, the air ducts will be cleaned as well. The purpose of cleaning them at least once a year is to get out all the dust that accumulates. The air ducts just sit there. So, like anything else they collect a lot of dust. The air that comes through the air ducts can push this dust into the air. I would not want that either especially with my terrible allergies. There are a lot of reasons to get an HVAC tune up. I will be getting mine very soon. If you weren’t going to get one, I would rethink your decision. You might regret not getting one during the summer if your system breaks down.
I broke my fever when the air conditioning stopped working
There is something that I really do not like about my HVAC system.
So many times I try to adjust the thermostat perfectly for my home.
I try so many times to pick the right temperature and I just can’t. I either make the air in my home too cold or too warm. I thought it was just my HVAC system. Well, it was probably me who was getting sick! First I was hot and then I was feeling cold. There was nothing wrong with my HVAC system. One day when I was really not feeling well, it really was the HVAC system this time. The house was really starting to get really warm. I was sweating the entire time. I couldn’t even get the air conditioning running for me. I had to call the HVAC professional to come look at the system. He came to my house and checked the thermostat. It turned out that there was a loose wire which was causing only warm air to come through the vents. While the heat was continually running, I think I sweat out my fever. By the time the air conditioning turned on again, it felt really nice. I did not change the temperature for the rest of the day. I felt comfortable the entire time. I was upset at first that the air conditioning wasn’t working. Then, I was thankful that it had actually broken my fever. Maybe the next time I am sick like this I will turn the heat all the way up. I may have found a way to help me get better quicker!
The restaurant was irresponsible by not receiving a tune up before using the air conditioning
While going out to dinner the other night, I was expecting a really nice night out.
However we got there and sat down to eat.
I was so hot in there. I realized that it had been crowded. I thought it might get a little warm. I was so warm that I was sweating right through my clothes. I couldn’t help but think about their HVAC system. I wondered if the air conditioning really had been running. I thought maybe the HVAC system was completely broken. Maybe they thought that it was a bit chilly outside so they needed to run the heat. Whatever it was I asked the waitress when she came over. It turns out that the air conditioning was completely broken. They tried to use it for the first time since last summer and it wasn’t working. She apologized for the inconvenience. I could not help but want to get up and leave. Without the air conditioning running the place was so uncomfortable. I couldn’t believe they had been so irresponsible so as to not receive a tune up before using the air conditioning for the first time this year. We ended up staying for dinner as my layers of clothing started to come off. Unfortunately, we probably will not come back here for a very long time. I had a feeling that because they did not get a tune up, a lot of people would probably not come back for a long time. Customer service is everything. To not have any air conditioning, there were a lot of uncomfortable customers.
