Well, that worked out for us because after our son, all of us were only going to have a single more child & were hoping for a boy. It was just a single fight after another so it was time to either buy a lake house or add on to our. Buying a lake house was a stretch so all of us added a master suite onto this house. It’s awesome because it’s ours & it has its own ductless heat pump for our heating & cooling pleasure. I prefer that it feels prefer we’re on trip however in our own house. The ductless heat pump even has a remote temperature control that all of us can manage while lounging in our modern king sized bed.
