Today was the morning that I decided to replace my heating plus cooling system. I had had the same Heating, Ventilation plus A/C unit for quite a while now, about 10 years plus how that is a real old for a heating plus A/C plan I was looking for an replace. I decided that I would go ahead plus sell the heating plus cooling unit, plus put some of that currency towards the current a single. Thankfully for me, I had a certainly good heating plus a/c unit, and why was it so good? It was because when I first moved into the home I was insistent that I had a current heating plus A/C unit. So I was regularly spending my time having it tested plus maintained by the local heating plus cooling specialists. This certainly did me well in the long run because now when I’m ready to sell my heating plus a/c plan I have a undoubtedly efficient heating plus A/C plan that I can sell for a good amount of currency. I listed my central a/c plus central heating unit up for sale plus it didn’t take long until I found a buyer. I pray I priced it fairly high because it still had a lot of value left in it. The client was looking to replace her even older Heating, Ventilation plus A/C unit plus so mine was exactly what she was looking for, however meanwhile after I sold my old heating plus A/C plan I went down to my local basic Heating, Ventilation plus A/C business plus picked out a brand current heating plus A/C plan that same morning plus the best section is it’s going to be installed next week!

I am quite proud of myself.
I am a certified heating and air conditioning specialist today with a good steady career.
However, it didn’t start out that way. When I had to go to HVAC school to get my certification I was pretty nervous. So what I did before going to school to become a certified heating and air conditioning specialist was buy a bunch of books on the heating and air conditioning industry and even go as far as to study how to repair central heat and a/c units along with installing them! Once I felt like I knew the ropes, I then signed up to go to heating and air conditioning school. While the school was good to get the certification and teach basics, it would not have been a good thing had I not already prepared and studied myself! I more or less will always say that I self taught myself to be a heating and air conditioning specialist and then just went through the motions to get the certification so I would be able to work in the heating and cooling field. Had I not done this I honestly do not think I would have passed the final exam at heating and air conditioning school at all. I would have failed because they do not give enough time to learn things if you know nothing about heating and cooling going into it. So i was one step ahead of the game. I actually passed heating and air conditioning school with what they call honors. They really thought that I had some background already in heating and air conditioning!
They were all out of them
I had read that there were sales going on with assorted portable air conditioning systems at our local outlet store.
However when I got there to buy a few they were all out of them! They actually sold out of every single last portable air conditioning system that they had.
This was a major bummer for me. Because I had wanted to get a few portable air conditioning systems at a decent price for the bedroom and the living room. The reason for this was to try to save on some energy use on my monthly electric bills. And with portable air conditioning systems you could do that if you used them in combination with your central heating and air conditioning unit. I guess I will either have to wait until the outlet store has the portable air conditioning systems on sale again, or, I will just have to go and buy the portable air conditioning systems at regular price from another store which will be a little pricey. Considering that portable air conditioning systems can run up to five hundred bucks per unit if you get the really good ones. And the more cheaper ones can go up to about four hundred dollars. I really do not want to spend this on portable air conditioning systems. However, if the outlet store doesn’t run another sale when they get more in sometime in the coming weeks, then I think I will have no choice because I really want a portable air conditioning system in my living room as well as my bedroom as soon as humanly possible!

A not so bad problem
The last time I was having issues with my central heating and air conditioning system I was not sure what was going on or what to expect really.
It was an air flow issue. And it turned out the reason I was having issues with the air flow was simply because I was not using the right type of air filters! I was using very cheap air filters for my central heating and air conditioning system. Which is the whole reason for the issue. So all in all it is not that bad of a problem because it was fixable by me simply going out and spending a few more bucks on better air filters for my central heating and air conditioning system. I was glad I figured this out on my own and did not have to spend hundreds of dollars to have a heating and air conditioning professional from the local heat and a/c company come out just to tell me this. I would have been very mad at myself had I actually done this. But thankfully I didn’t. The new air filters I am using for my central heating and air conditioning system are those really great and high quality HEPA air filters. I have found that HEPA air filters are almost the answer to any kind of air flow or air quality issue you may be having with your central heating and air conditioning system unit. I will be buying nothing but the great and high quality HEPA air filters from now on. No other air filters for my HVAC unit!

I really have high respect for independent heating and air conditioning workers.
Independent heating and air conditioning workers have to really know their stuff inside and out in order to take on such a challenge.
The challenge of not only going out on your own with no help to both repair and instal central heating and air conditioning systems, but the fact that they also have be the all in one owner, accountant and general manager of their one man operation! Some independent heating and air conditioning contractors and workers actually are doing well enough to hire some outside assistance every now and then. Some even have a second HVAC worker on hand. But that is once they are making really good bank to be able to afford to do that and hire people to be their assistance. But that takes time. It could sometimes take years to reach that level in the independent heating and air conditioning business. But for the ones that are just starting out, I have the most even deeper respect for because of how much they know their stuff! This is not something you can learn in heating and cooling school. That is just the basics. These people who are independent heat and a/c contractors went out of their way to know what they know and do the things that they most certainly know how to do! I know that there is no way in the whole wide world that I could ever do what independent heat and a/c workers do!

With a smart thermostat it can get a bit confusing for older folks like me, but for the younger and young, the smart thermostat is really all they know
When you are trying to decide on buying a new thermostat to control your central heating and air conditioning system, today it is a lot more complicated than back when. The reason for this is there are some choices. While back in the day you only had the choice of a single one thermostat, a dial thermostat, today you have that plus a standard digital thermostat and the most popular latest and greatest in HVAC technology thermostats, which would be the smart thermostat. If you want something simple as ever and convenient, the original dial thermostat would be the best choice. While if you are a little more tech savvy, a standard digital thermostat may be your choice. However, if you want to be totally up to date with today’s HVAC technology and are ready for the future, the smart thermostat would be the hands down choice to make. With a smart thermostat it can get a bit confusing for older folks like me, but for the younger and young, the smart thermostat is really all they know. Programming the thermostat would be a breeze for them and of course, being able to control the thermostat and your central heating and air conditioning system from your cell phone is another thing all in its own that comes with the benefits and sheer genius of the smart thermostat. While I think smart thermostats are great in concept, for me it just doesn’t work well. I am not that technologically inclined and I am happy with the old standard digital thermostats.
It got here yesterday
I had been waiting on a brand new, up to date and very awesome central heating and air conditioning system.
- I had special ordered it with my local heating and cooling supplier.
They did not have the particular model in stock that I had wanted so they went and got it for me for an additional 50 dollar special order charge, which was fine with me. It finally arrived yesterday. I got the phone call from the local heating and air conditioning dealership and we set up a time and day for the HVAC installation team to come out and instal my brand new and up to date central heating and air conditioning system unit. The time is going to be in the morning and the day will be next Monday. That will be the best time for me because I have off from work that day and will not have to take any additional time just to have my brand new central heating and air conditioning system installed. I am really happy to finally be getting this brand new central heating and air conditioning system unit because my old central heating and air conditioning unit has been slowly going out for a while now. It is so old that it was not worth calling the local HVAC company to have them send out a certified heating and cooling specialist to repair the central HVAC unit. It was better to just invest the money and buy a brand new and totally up to date central heating and cooling unit!
Getting the right fit
When you are buying air filters for your central heating and air conditioning system one thing a lot of folks do not realize is the fact that you need to get the right fit and size for whatever it is that your air filters are inserted to.
There are so many different shapes and sizes when it comes to air filters for central heating and air conditioning systems. It could be that you may need a single air filter that is smaller or like my central heating and air conditioning system, you need two air filters that are rather large. That is the way it always varies per heating and cooling set up in your home when it comes to air filters. I learned this just a few months ago when I moved into a new house that had this unusual air filter set up on the central heating and air conditioning system. I had never heard of having 2 large air filters before. It goes to show how much I know. It may be because this central heating and air conditioning system puts out more grime and dust than others? I have no idea to tell you the truth. All I know is that I have to buy 2 very large air filters each time. Do not ask me what the dimensions are because I have them written down somewhere and I look at it every single time I need to buy more air filters for my central heating and air conditioning system unit. So always check the size of the air filters that you may need before buying them for your HVAC unit.
The book i read
I think by reading this book it struck a new interest for me in the heating and air conditioning business.
I like to read a lot at night. I usually do this while sitting by my electric fireplace in my living room. I bought this electric fireplace to relax after a long day of work in the winter time months of the year. Also it gives great indoor comfort when it is cold and saves me on a little energy use from not having to run the central heating. Anyway, the last book I read was an interesting one. It was all about the heating and air conditioning industry. Kind of like a documentary in ways, but not exactly an instructional book. It was talking about all the changes and growth in heating and cooling technology as well as the rise and fall of certain heat and a/c companies over the years that were once huge back when. It was a super interesting read and made me want to actually learn even more about heating and air conditioning! I am now curious what exactly makes a good heat and a/c unit and how heating and cooling specialists go about repairing the central heating and air conditioning systems once they are broken. None of this was covered in this book that I read. I think by reading this book it struck a new interest for me in the heating and air conditioning business. No I am not going to go to school to be a heating and cooling specialist and leave my current job and career. This is more or less a new hobby interest you could say. All because of the reading I did with this book. This is why reading is interesting to me.
