The more I listened to the HVAC technician, the more amazed I was that we even have heating and cooling in our homes.

I would highly recommend that every homeowner learn about their HVAC equipment.

Not only is it fascinating but it really helps remind you just how essential quality heating and air is in our lives. I think most of us would agree that we generally take residential HVAC for granted. All of us have been raised with HVAC equipment. At least most of us since residential HVAC had been around since the 50’s. I know that I grew up in a home that always had quality heating and air. So when I became a homeowner, I just expected to have that as well. We bought a house that came with new heating and cooling equipment so we were set from the start. I made sure that the HVAC professionals were out for heating maintenance in the fall. Then, I called the HVAC company again in the spring for the air conditioning tune-up. And this spring, I asked the HVAC technician if I could watch and learn. He was more than amenable to that request and I learned just so much about the heat pump in our house. I’m now even more amazed at just how the heat pump simply goes from heating to cooling by reversing the refrigerant flow. It’s just astounding that genius engineers were able to harness physics the way they did with the heat pump. It’s essentially the same process. When the heat pump is cooling the house, it’s pumping heat out of the house to be replaced by cooler air.

My dad was a really important figure in my life.

He just really helped me understand just what it was going to take for me to get along in life.

That’s just an invaluable gift. Of course, he also provided a great home with quality heating and air for his family. And he would sacrifice his wants for the things that made us happy. He was the sort of dad that was engaged and supportive without pushing us too much. Out of college, I got a job with a big corporation. At first, it was really cool to be going to a downtown office where I had a desk inside the zone controlled HVAC. The salary was entry level but it was still more money than I’d ever seen and I was a bit hooked on making more. Over the course of the next 5 years or so, I chased that paycheck with promotions inside the zone controlled HVAC of that office. But I became less and less happy due to that choice. That’s when my dad had a heart to heart with me about being happy and trusting the money will come. I took his advice to heart and left that zone controlled HVAC for a much simpler life. Dad was right, it just doesn’t take that much to be happy and money is not going to do it alone. I have a small business that I love now and it’s thriving. I have my own small house and perfect heating and cooling from some great residential HVAC. I really don’t need all that much but when it comes to HVAC, it really does need to be some high quality heating and air.

When the HVAC unit turned twenty, I started a bit of a savings account to start getting together the money to replace that original HVAC.

That HVAC unit came with this house.

Actually, we were able to choose between a few models of residential HVAC when we were having the house built. My wife and I bought into a planned community so all the houses were new when we moved in. At the time, there were four different size homes with about 3 different floorplans one could choose from for each size home. We were just starting our family and were so excited to finally be homeowners. And having a new home with new HVAC equipment along with all the other appliances made it even more thrilling. We chose a good HVAC model. It wasn’t the very top but right there. Well, that HVAC unit just finished off it’s 25 year. We are empty nesters now and the HVAC unit just kept hanging on. That turned out to be in our best interest ultimately. When the real estate market exploded around here just last year, it coincided with the HVAC technician warning us that the HVAC unit was dying. So that made it all the easier to get right on to the HVAC contractor to get a major upgrade in residential HVAC. New HVAC equipment and lots of HVAC technology are very high on the list of what prospective buyers wanted in our area. That’s pretty much true all over but here, there is an emphasis on the central air conditioning. We got some of the best residential HVAC and it was a big part in us selling the house for a whole lot of money.

When I went to buy air filters for our central heating and a/c last time they were all sold out of the regular HEPA air filters that I buy.

• I am not used to honestly having any other kinds of air filters other than the HEPA brand air filters for our central heating and a/c unit.

So I had to buy these generic air filters instead because I could not go separate from any air filters in our central heating and a/c. If you do not put some kind of air filter in your central heating and a/c it will possibly cause it to work overtime and eventually burn out the motor. And that could mean either a motor updatement or the investment into a brand up-to-date and honestly costly central heating and a/c which would cost thoUSAnds! This is why I had to settle for generic air filters. Well I will tell you that having these things were not the same. They honestly did not make the air quality in our home honestly good and I ended up having to change these air filters at the end of every single month! Not good! I eventually got fed up with it all and decided to just go online and order some HEPA brand air filters from this a single website and have them shipped to our house. Sure it was a little more costly, but I would do anything to have our HEPA air filters over these generic air filters that were not doing me nor our central heating and a/c any good.

This may be out of the modest, but I do all our own landscaping.

The reason for this is when I hired professionals to do it all the pollen from the trees and everything would get into the air and the air quality would make our dust sensitivities go nuts.

Even our portable media air cleaner could not handle it, however doing it myself I wear a mask and I chop things carefully so that it does not mess with the air quality all around me. You may get a little bit of exhausting air quality when all is said and done, however with that our portable media air cleaner takes care of it all. The exhausting air quality only lasts a few minutes anyhow if I do the landscaping myself. When the professionals do it they use odd unit and odd methods which makes the air quality exhausting for a whole day afterwards. I end up honestly having concerns because of it. This is why I stopped having them do it and I do it all myself now. Air quality is honestly important to me because of our dust sensitivities. I had thought about getting a whole home media air cleaner at a single time, however whole home media air cleaners are honestly costly and I can not afford that kind of investment. So doing the landscaping all myself is what makes it possible for me to not suffer so much and not have to even guess about buying a whole home media air cleaner. My portable media air cleaner works for that.

I could have just sat there and waited for a tow truck to come along to help the heating and a/c truck, but I did not want to wait that long because it could have been minutes for all I know.

The other day when I was on our way home from work I was forced to have to take the long way home. I was not blissful about this a single bit. The reason it all had to happen was because there was this heating and a/c contractor truck that had broken down right in the middle of the highway! I do not guess what happened or how it happened, however this heating and a/c contractor truck was stuck on the road blocking traffic. I could have just sat there and waited for a tow truck to come along to help the heating and a/c truck, but I did not want to wait that long because it could have been minutes for all I know. So I swallowed our pride and headed for the long route home through neighborhoods and correct roads and side streets. I don’t guess how long it took them to get the heating and a/c worker from the local heat and a/c contractor off the road and back to his Heating and A/C building, but I was just glad that I didn’t stick around to find out or I may not have ever got home until super late in the night. I never imagined a heating and a/c truck would even be on the highway since they usually do heating and cooling home services in local neighborhoods only, then maybe someone ordered emergency Heating and A/C home services from out of town for some reason. Who knows and who honestly cares?

I could not suppose when my central heating and A/C program unit broke down recently.

It was literally out of nowhere! My central heat and cooling system unit had been toiling better than ever with no troubles.

As a matter of fact I had just had my annual heating and A/C tune up and check up done by the local heating and A/C specialist from the local heat and cooling system dealer. They had not seen anything wrong, so I thought I was nice to go. I had to call the heat and cooling system business again and have them send out a certified heat and cooling specialist to service my central heating and A/C unit. When they arrived I told them about the heat and cooling system tune up and check up I had just done and they were a bit confused as well. The way it turned out it was totally overlooked. A fuse in the main Heating in addition to Air Conditioning program had blown, whatever that meant. I do not understand heating and A/C technology, but this is what they told me. They were able to have the heat and cooling system program back up and running easily fast and I didn’t get charged for the heating and A/C lake house services call either! They said because I just had the Heating in addition to Air Conditioning tune up and check up and they failed to notice something with the fuse, that the service was free. They entirely didn’t have to do that, but it shows total integrity and superb business mind of my local heating and A/C dealer.

I sometimes take walks on nice air quality and temperature days, and the other day I was taking one of those walks and I passed by this one outlet store and seen that they had portable air conditioning units on sale.

• I couldn’t suppose it because I entirely had been wanting to get a portable air conditioning program for my home office but they were a bit too much for me in price.

I was trying to find one that was one sale but was having no luck; However, now that I seen this outlet store had them on sale I walked right in to check it out. The timing was superb because they were nearly sold out of the portable air conditioning units, and so immediately I grabbed one of the last ones, paid for it and then walked it lake house with the rest of my walk! I was so lucky to have been in the right stadium at the right time to be able to even suppose about this portable air conditioning program that was on sale, when I got lake house my husband was easily ecstatic with what I came lake house with because he never thought that both of us would have a portable air conditioning program anytime in the near future. Sporadically luck just plays a hand at things… And now that I have the portable air conditioning unit, both of us can beginning saving money on our daily electric bills by running the portable air conditioning program in the home office at evening instead of the central heat and cooling system unit.

I recently was staying at this a single hotel on supplier and it was legitimately awful! I mean the locale was scrub and all and not a dump or dive.

• It was just that they did not have quality toiling heating as well as A/C! It is the time of the year when you need both heat and air conditioner at odd times of the day.

Heating at night while sleeping and air conditioning in the day because it is warm. And the heating and cooling component they had just did not provide out the power that it should have. I complained to the front desk a number of times and they did nothing about it. I think for sure I will never stay at this locale again! I would have rather slept in my automobile to be totally honest. Because at least my automobile has quality heating as well as A/C. I also complained to my work who sent myself and others to this hotel to stay. They paid for it. If they hadn’t been paying I would have left instantly and got another hotel. But since they were paying for it, I had no choice but to stay at this site. I was just cheerful to be home again once it was all said and done! I have a quality central heating as well as A/C plan that is brand current and totally modern. I paid a lot for it as well. It is a single of the best heating as well as A/C units on the market today in Heating and Air Conditioning technology. Why this hotel did not have quality heating as well as A/C is beyond me.
