I called my parents & they told me not to touch the furnace because of how complex it is. They wanted me to right away call the local heating & cooling professional. I called the local heating & cooling professional & he came to my parents house. I watched the Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional work the furnace, flipping on switches & pulling the front face of the furnace off. It was easily interesting to me because I could also see a circuit board & a flame. I was asking a lot of questions & I wanted to know how the professional got into the work that he was doing. The professional told me that he had to go through training to get his Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional certificate.To this day I like to thank the furnace breaking down because if it wasn’t for the furnace breaking down, I would not have found the job that I was interested in. I ended up finding a local Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional school where two years later, I’m a certified local heating & cooling professional!

A year ago my home was broken into while I was asleep… I was woken to the sound of my study room window splitting. My hubby is a hunter so she keeps her gun safe in our pressing closet. My hubby was toiling nights so I had to go in the gun safe and take one of her guns out to protect myself! When I went into the study room with the gun I saw the intruder. I started screaming and I told him that I was going to call the police instantly. The woman ran away without stealing anything from my home. I’m a actually light sleeper and this is how I heard the intruder come into my home, and recently I heard a noise that was not an intruder however it absolutely woke me up. It is my actually annoying heat pump system that keeps on turning on and off I’m not sure if that is normal but I don’t guess it is. I feel like the on and off is a bit excessive however it is providing ample amount of heat into my home office. I believe that my heat pump is oversized. When I talk to a modern HVAC serviceman she asked me if I was experiencing my heat pump that cycles more than needed and in short cycles. I’m guessing that the old HVAC provider that I went with used wrong calculations of my house for the pump system. I am a bit frustrated with this because I’m going to have to pay more money for a odd HVAC provider to repair the mistake.

I was disappointed. Actually take that back, I was beyond disappointed, I was downcast. The reason is because of a recent purchase of mine. Since my birthday was not that long ago, I decided to buy a few things for myself. While most of the items turned out to be awesome, there is one that I am pretty disappointed with. The item I am disappointed in is the smart thermostat. I have been wanting to improve my home’s heating and cooling comfort, and you can’t go wrong with a very modern, brand new technology HVAC smart thermostat. I looked at all of the reviews and a lot of people were having fantastic luck with theirs, so why was my HVAC thermostat giving wrong readings? I briefly wondered if it could be an issue with my heating and A/C device, but that wouldn’t make sense, because I only started having issues after installing this new thermostat. My previous thermostat had issues as well, but I was used to those issues. Honestly, I just kind of figured that the programmable thermostat was old and messing up, which was even more reason why to get a new thermostat. Although I felt close to giving up, I first needed to get a professional’s opinion, and I am so glad I did! The professional heating and A/C technician took one look at the smart thermostat and told me it wasn’t an issue with the smart thermostat at all, it was the placement. The new thermostat was placed right next to a sunny window, and the sun shining on the thermostat was giving false readings. That’s also why my previous thermostat also had issues.

I knew growing up that I could never work an office job.

On TV and all around us, it is portrayed as something you are going to do eventually, but not me.

I was the creative type, and I could just feel the creativity drain right out of me in that kind of environment. Although my parents discouraged me, I still pursued my dream. I started with making jewelry on my own, and then selling it online. Surprisingly, my small time business did really well, and I expanded my knowledge to include other things. While I am still working on becoming successful, I am already doing a lot better than a lot of my friends and family thought I would. My boyfriend is the same way. He told me he also knew he would never work an office job. He is the kind of person that has to get up and move. An office job where you are supposed to sit for hours on end would drive him crazy. He followed his dream and became a heating and air conditioning unit worker. His passion is the HVAC industry and learning about all of the new HVAC equipment and heating and cooling technology there is. After he graduated as a certified HVAC technician, he was quickly hired by the local heating and A/C company. Ever since then, he has been working his dream job and he loves it. He actively encourages me to follow my own dreams, since we can both relate on not wanting to work an office, 9 to 5 job.

When I was young, my parents had high expectations from me.

They told me from a young age they wanted me to become a doctor, no ifs, ands or buts.

My dad always dreamed of being a doctor, but since he never could afford to go to college, he wanted to pass that dream down to me. Well, I had dreams of my own, and they did not include being a doctor. For a while, it was my older sister who was expected to become a doctor, but she became a veterinarian instead, and my dad was okay with that. So the dream was passed to me. For a while I rebelled, but they would punish me harshly every time I tried. In high school the pressure only increased. I was at an all time low, and if it wasn’t for my friend’s parent’s encouragement, I might have given in. I met my friend in high school, and stayed at his place for a bit. I was amazed when his parents encouraged him to do what he dreamed of, and not what they wanted. When I told them I wanted to live the simple life of a HVAC technician and not the overly complicated life of a doctor, they fully supported me, much to my shock. I ended up relying on their support, and followed my dream of becoming a heating and cooling professional, despite my parent’s protests. Nowadays, I am so happy I did, I love my job as a HVAC worker and repairing cooling units, and I couldn’t imagine being anything else.

Unfortunately, getting peace and quiet in my home can be quite difficult at times. When you live in a house with 5 kids, finding peace and quiet is close to impossible. I have recently transitioned to working from home, and I am finding it harder than I had thought. There are quite a few times where I end up doing my work in my car, on my laptop. Definitely not the most comfortable place, but it gets the work done and I get some tranquility for once. However, recently it hasn’t been that big of an issue, because I have found a cafe that has a nice calm atmosphere, and isn’t super busy. I have been going there lately. The second part I love about this place is how it feels. The place always feels so warm and comfortable. They have their heating settings just right, because it feels so cozy in there. I am honestly tempted to ask about their furnace system because their heating device is completely different from mine. My heating machine is just not very efficient and does not keep the place warm at all. I feel like that would be a weird question to ask, about their HVAC system, and the staff probably wouldn’t know anyways, so I guess I will just have to enjoy the heating and A/C here instead of at my home. But this little cafe has easily become my favorite place to visit, sometimes I just sit there and think about my day. I’m glad I found this place.

For as long as I’ve known my wife, she has constantly been a good Heating and A/C worker for the town; She started her journey as an Heating and A/C worker as soon as she graduated from private school, and he’s worked countless hours to become the best that she can be.

He’s worked for two strange Heating and A/C companies and a few years ago she branched out on her own… A lot of homeowners love her professionalism and friendly demeanor, so they followed him once she left a big Heating and A/C business and became an individual Heating and A/C supplier; Since my wife works for himself now, a lot of her business supplies are kept in her truck or in the garage; My associate and I have young teenagers coming in and out of the garage on their bikes and with their friends, so it was entirely substantial for us to keep her Heating and A/C supplies out of reach and locked away.

My wife bought two big cabinets to use as storage in the garage, and they’re both labeled and locked. She keeps multiple heat and air parts and chemicals inside, and our teenagers are instructed not to mess with those cabinets! We’ve sat them down and told them all about their dad’s work and how she has to keep some of her things stored in the garage, but they’re only for him. My wife keeps things like antifreeze, freon, insulation, and random chemicals stored in the cabinets, and of course, teenagers like to play in things that they shouldn’t, so the locks were entirely substantial. My wife has also had to learn to remember to lock the cabinet after each use.
