Tomorrow is the first day of summer and I am going to whip myself into shape by cleaning up my diet and working out more regularly.

My workout partner ditched our daily workouts when he met this woman, so now I have to readjust my workout routine and do it on my own again.

I had this guy going really well with losing weight and working out, but now that he is in love he thinks he doesn’t have to workout anymore. So I will start up again today with a leg workout and get the ball rolling with climate controlled workouts in my local business. When the day is over or before it begins, I have a lot of space to workout in the place and I like to because it is cooler than outside. It’s been heating up a lot lately and I have no energy when I’m trying to exercise outside because my body is heating up too much from the sun. So now I will workout in the HVAC company’s warehouse where I work before anyone gets there each day. Today is going to be a leg workout day and then I will move on to my back and biceps tomorrow, followed by chest and shoulders the day after that. I like to workout in an air conditioned room in the summer because I have more energy to put into my workouts when my body is cooling down from the cold a/c coming through the vents. Maybe one day my buddy in love will join me again.

Air conditioning installation

I have a nice little sinus infection and plan on doing the neti pot to clean them out.

I will use it a few times today to clean out my sinuses and help them heal, adding tea tree oil to help speed up the removal of the infection.

Tea tree oil kills bacteria and it is good for these sinus infections because it helps fight the infection with its antibacterial properties. I need to go buy some first though because I ran out of the stuff a few months ago when I was battling a really bad infection. The heating corp is cutting back my hours this week so I can rest, which is great considering I just got the HVAC tech position not too long ago there. I just don’t want to go to work and take out the whole crew with my cold, so taking a week off is the best thing to do for me and them. I normally do heating tune ups with this other heating dealer but this week will be a rest week for us and I think she is going to work in the office most of the time doing paperwork or something. I work there five days a week but just part time, mainly out on the field doing repair jobs for customers. This week I am going to focus on keeping my HEPA filter clean and keeping my indoor air quality good so I don’t keep getting sick from the recycled germs in the flat. I think that I will be better in a few more days.

When we were visiting down south, the temperature was super hot.

I couldn’t rest it.

I do not like it whenever the weather gets easily hot outside. I cherish for the temperature to be around 65 or 74 degrees. Anything cooler than that is too cool as well as anything warmer than that is too hot. At least that’s my opinion, anyway. Usually, it doesn’t get all that moderate here where we live. I feel that is why it was so uncomfortable for me when we decided to go south to visit. I am just not chop out to be in the hot hot as well as cold temperatures as well as it’s not something that I would ever choose to do on a regular basis, that’s for sure. I feel we just so happened to be visiting down there whenever there was a drastic heatwave. That was just my luck, I guess. It is a easily great thing that the place that we were staying in had a easily great central air conditioner. If I had been stuck anywhere without air conditioner installed in it, I don’t feel that I would have lasted there for more than one night. I do not like sleeping when the temperature is too hot. I am a firm believer in the fact that air conditioner easily makes the quality of life better. Without air conditioner, I would never get to see my cousins again because I couldn’t stay in the south. So it is pressing after all!

Whenever my air conditioner froze up a couple of weeks ago, I somehow fixed it myself. This is easily not something that ever happens. I am not exactly someone that you would call handy. I am not great at fixing things around the house as well as I don’t easily know a thing about air conditioners. However, a couple of weeks ago we were having a real heat wave around here. I was start to notice that the temperature in the house was rising right along with the temperature outside. Even though I had not adjusted the temperature control settings, the house was easily warming up. I was scared that there was something wrong with the central air conditioner as well as I was thinking about calling the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C company to make an appointment. I decided that since the a/c wasn’t working, I was just going to unplug the whole thing until the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C company came to look at it. After I unblocked it, I saw that there was a sizable puddle of water down by the a/c unit. It seemed like the a/c component had defrosted itself or something. That’s when I blocked it back in just to see what would happen. Well, it turned out that defrosting the until was exactly what it needed! When I blocked it back in as well as turned it on, the house started cooling down again the way that it was supposed to. Well, at least I got a lot more people signed up for the meditation class than I thought I was going to get. I feel we will have to wait as well as see if they actually show up at the class itself. I feel that they will, though. It will easily be nice for them if they are able to use the coping skills that I can teach them. I’m enthusiastic about the class.
