I just ate some bread that had seven grams of sugar in two slices of bread, which is equivalent to about two teaspoons of sugar. So that means that for each slice of bread you eat you are eating a whole teaspoon of sugar. And why does bread have to be so sweet if it isn’t a dessert? Some people in the food manufacturing process have a bit too much of an affinity for the sweet substance plus they are littering are fantastic foods with it… So I am going through all my cupboards plus removing the sugar. The cooling corp has donuts almost every afternoon plus the Heating and Air Conditioning techs gobble them up like crazy, not knowing or not caring what they are putting into their bodies. I feel disappointing for eating too much sugar the past few months as I was on a fantastic zero sugar diet for a few years before that. I try to steer clear of the sweet donuts at the Heating and Air Conditioning company plus instead eat an apple with kefir while I am doing some smart temperature control programming for someone. I have discipline plus I know I can stop all sugar again like I did for so various years before. It is too easy to grab a donut before toiling all day on ductwork or on an air con system, although I will not do that anymore plus just stick to my fruits plus veggies for popcorn. I know within a few months I will start to notice a difference in how I look plus how I feel.

The weather today pretty much reflects my health right now, as I came down with some little frigid two afternoons ago.

This one is pretty mild though plus I think it may be more in the dust sensitivity category than the sickness category.

Either way, I will rest a lot more than I normally do plus try to get rid of this thing as fast as I can. I attribute this sickness to me eating too much sugar the past week with my grilled cheese sandwiches. Yes, there is a ton of sugar in the bread plus the soup from the local contractor where my Heating plus Air Conditioning worker shops at. I bought some cheaper bread plus it is loaded with a lot more sugar than the normal one that I buy. The cooling rep told me about this local contractor that sells healthy foods, however even so there are still some bad foods on their shelves. I will toss out this bread plus go back to my outdated one because this one tastes like it is something you would eat for dessert. Since toiling at the heating corp the past few years I have cut out all sugars just like my Heating plus Air Conditioning specialist buddy has been doing the past few years. I have been putting on some extra blubber the past year because I have slacked on my zero sugar diet, however now I am going to tighten up plus stop the sugar once more. The current corporation in neighborhood told me of a really fantastic local contractor that has no sugar on the shelves.

I have had the same old portable space heater for several years.

As a matter of fact, I have had the portable space heater for so long that it is the very first portable space heaters that they made which resemble today’s more compact and heat resistant plastic portable space heaters.

The ones made right after the metal ones went out of style. And while they do resemble today’s brand new and up to date portable space heaters, they are nothing like them in terms of power and efficiency. So this is why I think it would be a great and most wonderful idea for me to go out and get a brand new and totally up to date portable space heater, and then finally retire this old space heater that I have. Which the old portable space heater really is not doing me any much of good to tell you the truth. With the way it is getting cold at night in this very cold winter we have been having, the portable space heater really has little to no use for me any longer. I have been needing to use my central heating and air conditioning system unit’s heater instead of the portable space heater! So now it is well time to go out and get the portable space heaters that are more modern, up to date and that have the ultra high power along with energy efficiency that they do now so I can actually start getting some benefits out of the portable space heater that I own!

Many friends and family of mine have actually gotten smart thermostats to control their central heating and air conditioning system units and they have all said how great it is. Because of all this good talk about smart thermostats all around me, I have finally decided that I think that I might get a smart thermostat myself! Smart thermostats are the latest and best in heat and a/c technology when it comes to thermostats for your central heating and air conditioning system. This in itself is a good reason why I should go and get one of these smart thermostats for my central heating and air conditioning system. The best part about a smart thermostat from what I have been hearing is not only the fact that you can control your thermostat settings as well as your central heating and air conditioning system from virtually anywhere, but in doing so you can save a whole ton of money on your monthly energy bills. This is something that I have been trying to do by other means and it just was not working out through those methods too well. So I have just decided now as I am writing this that I am going to go out and buy a smart thermostat and then call the local heating and air conditioning company to have them send out a certified heat and a/c specialist to hook up my smart thermostat to the central heating and air conditioning system unit!

After years of having issues with assorted temperatures in my house and not knowing what to do about it, an answer finally came thanks to today’s heating and air conditioning technology.

And this answer was to get heating and air conditioning zone control. This is also known as a zoned heat and a/c system unit. With having a zoned heat and a/c unit it will allow me to set different temperatures in different areas of my home. It will be kind of like having single heating and air conditioning units for each room but all in one. It is a real unique piece of modern heating and air conditioning technology! It was not a cheap investment by any means. But it was a very worthwhile investment to make. Because having the heating and air conditioning zone control now makes it so that I can actually have even temperatures throughout the house for the first time in many years. I can not honestly remember the last time the house had even temperatures throughout! It was a serious issue of climate control to be totally honest here. I made the choice of getting radiant heated floors for my bathroom. The reason I did this was because my bathroom was very cold in the winter mornings. This was due to the fact that there is only this one small tiny air vent in there for the heating from my central heat and cooling unit to pump through. And the fact that it is that cold in there was something I really did not want to deal with any longer. So I called the local heating and air conditioning company for them to come out to my home and give me a rough estimate on what radiant heated floors would cost to get them just in my bathroom. The price was right so I decided to go fourth with it and have the good radiant heated floors purchased and installed into my bathroom. Ever since I have done this it has been so much easier to take a shower in the morning times in the winter months of the year. It really makes me start my day a heck of a lot better all together too. Living in the countryside is a totally different experience for my fiance Cal plus I. Cal and I both lived in the same neighborhood from the time we were born, plus quickly we were thrust into country life. I loved the freedom of strolling down the road plus not being harassed by beggars. I didn’t need to stress about pickpockets or muggers when I took my kids to the park. The air was fresh and clean, plus we could see the stars at evening. Life was amazing. I wasn’t used to driving to the grocery store, plus not being able to pick up the iphone plus getting food delivered in minutes. I liked the convenience of the city, but that was about it. I also liked that when I called the Heating and A/C business, I was going to get the same person all the time. Last month, I had to laugh. I called the Heating and A/C corporation to have our central air conditioning components evaluated. When the Heating and A/C service tech arrived, he kept looking around the house. I asked if there was a problem, even though he said no. A few minutes later, he asked me where Cal was. I thought he may be distraught about being there when Cal wasn’t home, even though he was working. I told him he should be at the dwelling in an hour. He then wanted to know if Cal would be at the dwelling before the air conditioning component was serviced plus repaired? I wasn’t sure if Cal would be dwelling that soon, but I could call plus ask. He told me he needed to discuss some of the things he found during his inspection. The man wanted to discuss the air conditioning component with Cal but not me.

Over the last seven or 8 years, our regular Heating and A/C corporation has undergone several major upheavals. The worst of all the swings was getting a new owner. The previous owner retired, and let his child take over. Ever since he took over, the AC corporation has been going downhill. Their pricing went up plus the quality of work went down. I had to find a new Heating and A/C corporation that knew what they were doing plus cared for their clients. I wasn’t sure that would be as easy as I hoped, but I knew it was a necessity. My fiance Mike was starting to call the other local Heating and A/C companies to see what their pricing was like. Mike and I have websites for the three Heating and A/C companies plus have been doing a lot of studying. Mike and I feel that we have it narrowed down a bit, but two of them sound genuinely good. After comparing the websites from the outdated Heating and A/C corporations plus this newer one, we know we are going to be better off regardless of which new corporation we choose. Mike thinks we should call plus make an appointment for a free service. Two of the companies are offering free air conditioning component inspections for their new clients, which may be a way to find out what kind of corporate ethics they have. As much as we dislike the idea of changing Heating and A/C companies, I am gleeful to start the process of booking a new one. We’ll have the air conditioning components serviced, plus maybe the furnace serviced as well, if we make the appointments right now. I just want to have an Heating and A/C that puts the buyer first.

I thought the Heating and A/C service tech would have filled the coolant reservoir when he performed the inspection on the air conditioning. I also would have thought he would have fixed any concerns plus finished them while he was here. It is now two months later, plus our air conditioning isn’t working at all. I was upset, plus my fiance Bob was frustrated. Bob asked if the Heating and A/C corporation told me when the Heating and A/C tech would arrive? Bob had to go to work shortly, plus was hoping he would be dwelling when he got there. I told Bob they said it would be sometime in the afternoon. I asked Bob if he wanted me to call the Heating and A/C corporation plus tried to get a firmer time frame, even though he didn’t feel it would matter. The Heating and A/C service tech would get here when he got here. I kissed Bob plus told him to have a good day at work. At 2 PM, I contacted the Heating and A/C business. I hadn’t heard anything from the service tech or from them. My fiance would be dwelling at 5 PM plus I hoped the Heating and A/C service tech would be here working at that time. When I called the Heating and A/C offices she told me he wouldn’t be there until the next morning. I needed my air conditioning components repaired soon, but if that was their earliest, I wasn’t going to complain. I did remind her I was told he would be there that afternoon, but she said I hadn’t nailed down a definite time frame. She was now telling me it would be between 8 AM plus 12 PM the following day.
