We wrote a pretty cool song about having fun on the beach in our neighborhood, and many people are singing it.

I just prefer writing songs and hope to go on tour with my band once my friend and I get our RV.

My bandmate plans to buy the RV soon, and he claims that they will live in this same small neighborhood once they get it, rather than in the large city nearby where they are now. If they live here, my friend and I can practice a lot and do some shows in the neighborhood to get our feet wet, but then my friend and I will organize a tour of the country, stopping in all of the small and large cities to do shows and spread the music around. Every week, we work at the heating dealership and spend our nights playing music on the streets for practice and for any tips that people kindly leave us. I suppose it will be a fun time on the road in a nice RV, and I am looking forward to that chapter in my life starting soon. That would be fun, as long as the RV has excellent heating and cooling so that my friend and I are all comfortable as we travel from gig to gig. I’ll pitch in for gas, and since there will be four of us, my friend and I will split the gas four ways, which should make it a lot more manageable for almost everyone, and our wives both work online selling Heating and Air Conditioning systems, so it works out perfectly.

I’ve been watching my stock bottom out for the past five months and am eager to see where it goes from here.

Most stocks do not just flatline all the time, and this one has been doing so for almost a half-year, and with all of the action in the supplier, I am expecting something to happen to the price soon.

It could take another six months or even a couple of years, but I’m guessing this thing will make me some money in the end. My Heating and Air Conditioning rep Mom’s money nearly vanished from excruciating investing until I discovered this hidden gem; now I am resting on the heating and cooling money investment like a hen patiently waiting for his eggs to hatch. I don’t care if it takes ten years; I’m just going to let it sit and forget about it until it hits the mark that I know it will one day. Maybe Mom’s local corporation savings that he gave me will end up being worth ten times what it was when he sold the Heating plus Air Conditioning company just before he moved on, but I’m not going to lose the money Pops gave me, even if it is down right now, I’m just going to keep riding the wave until I feel it is time to get off because I made all of the money back plus then some. I’m sure as my air purification system turns on every day that I’ll get my money back one day. I trust that this stock will grow in value over time and am prepared to ride it to a profit.

When the cooling bills became unsustainable, we started thinking about new ways to ensure climate control and adjusting things we thought would help with indoor comfort.

We had installed an electric heat pump thinking that we would not have to pay too high bills, but with the cost of things rising, putting food on the table and paying bills to keep the cooling equipment running had become too stressful. We had to prioritize between food and cooling technology for comfort. Our cooling technician gave us tips on how to get the most from the HVAC installation we had. We didn’t have to run it all day because we were all busy out for work during the day, and in the evening, we could still regulate it enough to ensure that we were not wasting any energy. We also reduced the number of times the cooling specialist came over for a tune-up because their quality AC service was no longer a priority for my family. We’d deal with the emergency as it came, and one routine tune-up would be enough. I bought several fans from the HVAC business, but my kids said they were waving around hot air and giving them a headache. Finding extra jobs to help fund our heating needs was not enough. I had seen people discuss multi-split units, and I asked the HVAC contractor if that would be a better option for my home. While it seemed cheaper to manage, the local service provider was keen to remind me that I already had a working unit and the only thing I would need the cooling corporation for was services to maintain it.

I casually walked into an HVAC business as I waited for my sister to make it for our coffee date. I had never been to a cooling corporation because the local service provider was available on call, and the cooling technician would show up at a client’s house whenever we called. I was fascinated by their cooling equipment, but most of all, the electric heat pump caught my interest. I needed to replace my cooling unit, but I had no idea where to begin, so that must have been why I was interested in seeing the various cooling technology options that the business had in stock. I did find a cooling specialist or salesman who guided me through what each piece of equipment was meant to do to help with indoor comfort and achieve climate control. I needed more information than the HVAC contractor had offered, which meant that I would go down the rabbit hole of trying to research the HVAC installation. I did my research which turned out to be slightly confusing because some of the responses I got when I asked for people’s opinions online said to avoid it, while others said it was the best thing to have happened to them. The good did seem to outdo the bad, and I almost gave up. I had to decide before returning to the business, but I also had to rely on the quality AC service for guidance because my research had only confused me further. It was the most hectic window-shopping trip ever because I came back with nothing to show for it. It took five months to finally buy a new unit to replace my old one.

We still have ten days left in March, and then it will be over.

The town will get busier next month, which is good in some ways because it means our band will make more money playing in bars and clubs.

When the summer crowds come, my best friend and I are going to start doing three shows a week in bars. This will bring in about $600 a week when the crowds are big. Not too bad for people who play the drums and sing a few times a week. I can stop working as a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning tech for a local company because I’ll be able to pay all of my bills with the money I make playing music. If I can make $1,200 a month doing musical shows, my partner and I can cut back on other work so I can put all of my energy into making the shows great. My best friend and I have a lot of fun playing in these small clubs with air conditioning in the summer, and my other friend and I are going to lay the groundwork to play in heated ski lodges next winter. My best friend and I are going to film a bunch of our shows and then use the best parts to promote our ski lodge shows. All of the ski lodges have fireplaces near the stage to keep us warm, and they pay twice as much as the beach bars do, so my partner and I will be rolling in money in the winter. I’ll put that money aside so that my friend and I can buy a weather-controlled RV soon.

I’m a little behind on my work today, for no good reason.

I didn’t get up until a little after 8, and I just got back from a walk around town.

My friend and I played music on the pier by the water last night, and then we went to a club to talk to the owner about putting on a show there next week. So, I was up pretty late last night talking to my roommate and hanging out with the cats in the living room. Now it is 1 o’clock, and I still have a lot of work to do online. Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system writing work usually takes me about two hours a day, but today it’s taking me a little longer because I slept in beside my media air cleaner. The white noise it makes drowns out the sounds from outside, and sometimes I just keep sleeping until later in the morning. At 4, I have to go shopping at a nearby business, and at 5, I have to train a guy on the beach. So I try to finish my online work by 3:30 pm so I can do a short yoga session before going to the store to buy food for the week. I’ll be cleaning a customer’s air ducts for a heating supplier later this week, and then my bandmate and I will just play music over the weekend. This summer, my best friend and I are trying to get into all of the beach bars. To show them what we’re like, we’re making videos.

When I eat so many bananas each week, I sometimes feel like a monkey.

I bet I eat about ten bananas a week, which is close to how many the famous monkey eats in a week.

I eat one every night with peanut butter, which I keep next to my bed so that if I wake up in the middle of the night hungry, I can get some quick calories to fill me up so I can get back to sleep quickly. I like bananas because they come in their own little case and are easy to carry around. Working on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning can make you hungry, but if you have some bananas, you can eat them and get back to work on the air conditioner or boiler for the day. I usually have a pear for dinner, but I’m out of them today, so I don’t know what I’ll have with my kefir this morning. Later today, I’m going to go to the local corporation and buy some pears in their air-conditioned store so I’ll be set for the week. I usually go shopping once every ten days, so when I go shopping later today, I’ll buy ten pears and ten kefirs. The store has great refrigeration and fresh food, which is great because it’s only a three-minute walk from my apartment and the store controls the temperature. I like to shop there because most of the food is local and a lot of it is organic, so I don’t have to worry about a lot of pesticides.

I don’t have any pears this morning, so my usual breakfast of an apple and kefir will be a little sad without the apple.

I know I’ll ride my bike over to the fruit stand and just buy a pear.

I’ll have to find a place to wipe it down, and I know that there is a water spigot near the beach in this small dog park. Then I’ll finish my little dinner, and life will be great again. I plan to work on my heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system for a couple of hours today to get it ready for the summer. After that, my partner and I should be ready to control the weather when it gets too hot. Now that it’s March 20, my coworker and I have about two more months until it gets crazy hot outside. I have a great heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system, and I can’t wait to try out the modern mini split air conditioner that my partner and I put in a few months ago. I have two systems in my apartment because I don’t like to run the main one very often because it uses a lot of energy. This newer part of the air conditioner works a lot better, and I can use it in my office to stay cool without cooling down the rest of the flat. I know this is a good idea, and I’ve done a lot of research to make sure it will save me money in the long run, so let’s see what happens.

I know that my life will be better in a few months. It looks like my friend and I are going to get into some clubs every two weeks to play gigs and finally start making some good money. Our plan is to play three nights a week in local bars and clubs and make about $600 a month each. I know it’s not a lot of money, but it’s really cheap to live here in this town, and that money pays for all my food and spending money for the month. Then I just need to pay my heating and cooling bills, rent, and other bills, and my partner and I will be all set and can save the rest. I want to put a lot of money in the bank over the next six months so I can relax a bit and not worry about money if something comes up. If my air conditioner needs to be fixed or I need to buy a modern, washable filter for my furnace, I can just take money from my buffer and add to it when I get more money. My job as a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) supplier gives me enough money to pay all my bills, so the money I make from playing at the local dealers will all go into the bank buffer. No more cryptos, please! I know it’s a good plan, and if I stick to it, I’ll be all set in about six more months. Let’s see what happens. I’m confident that with our consistent gigs and diligent savings, I’ll be able to build a financial safety net and enjoy a worry-free life in just six months.
